And its significance for the court decision on the listening of the Rudnikov case in closed mode

Against the backdrop of disputes around the closure of hearings on the Rudnikov case, a leak occurred from some closed sources, which has a direct relationship to initiate this case. The Svobodny Kaliningrad website posted photos of the service of a service audit conducted by the personnel of personnel of the IC of the Russian Federation at the request of Rudnikov - all about the same house of General Viktor Ledenev, about which in the summer of 2017 they wrote in Kaliningrad New Wheels, and then “New”. Allegedly, for the cessation of the spread of this information, the mines and extorted to the head of the department of the RF IC, a crazy amount of $ 50 thousand by the standards of the region.

Before turning to the content of materials, it should be noted that there is no “secret” vulture on the folder, but only “for official use. But nevertheless, access to it in the management of personnel of the IC of the Russian Federation has a limited circle of persons, and it is difficult to imagine such a Russian Edward Snowden, who, risking, if not with life, then freedom, he would have stole it from the RF IC in order to betray the materials of publicity.

In an explanatory note addressed to Alexander Bastrykin, General Viktor Ledenev says that the house near the lake in the center of Kaliningrad is not his property, but a certain S.V. Zelenina, on whose money he was built, but almost under the general’s daily supervision: he issued the land, found the subsidiary, paid for the materials (presenting the accounts of Zelenin), for which he let him live. Such an explanation of the inspectors from the IC of the Russian Federation arranged, they only proposed to indicate to Ledenev,

“That his further accommodation in a three -story mansion on the street. The coastal will serve as an irritating factor for residents of the Kaliningrad region. ”

The annoying action, apparently, this fact also produced the chairman of the IC of the Russian Federation, who should have more accurate information about the personality of S.V. Zelenina. According to some reports, he has not only Russian citizenship, but in the Russian Federation, on the contrary, he has discordens with the law. The name of a Turk named Osman also flashes in the explanatory note, whose photography with Ledenev met on social networks, and “foreign agents” here smells much more distinctly than, say, in the “agent” of the organization of Lev Ponomarev, which has just again recognized.

Therefore, we can only imagine that Bastrykin told Ledenev orally at a meeting, which, undoubtedly, took place. This also explains the sky -high amount, which Ledenev allegedly proposed to Rudnikov, and that rush with which he personally, having failed to transfer the money directly to him, drove it (real 50 thousand USD, not a “doll”, although it would be enough), which had not suspected an employee of the “wheels” in a cafe under the guise of retraining about the attack on the attack on Rudnikov.

We could congratulate Rudnikov on a symbolic confirmation of the old Chinese maxim: “Sit on the banks of the river and wait until the corpse of your enemy floats along it” - if he sat, in fact, on the shore of the lake in Kaliningrad, and not in a pre -trial detention center.

But who still sent to reporters this, let’s say, a gift edition of children's fairy tales? If not stowed, then one of the lawyers who found it in the case when familiarizing with him. And the materials of the audit there were filed by Andrei Koshelev, who investigated this case. As for the foreman, for the investigator of the IC of the Russian Federation, Ledenev probably also watched nonsensely: until the recent transfer to Moscow, Koshelev worked under his command in Kaliningradsky SU SK. And about the fact that in addition to the preliminary investigation, there is also a judicial one, they probably forgot. Which is not surprising, because the judges rarely overtake the investigators - but there is one nuance: Art. 123 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation requires an open proceedings in all courts, allowing them to listen to them in closed mode only in cases agreed by federal law.

In relation to the Rudnikov’s case, there are no such grounds, from which it follows that Judge Valery Kovalev from the Moscow District Court of St. Petersburg, which satisfied the petition of the victim Ledenev about the hearings in closed mode, was also exerted by non-public pressure. By the way, Mikhail Fedotov, on the basis of a decision of the standing commission of the HRC to protect the rights of journalists, appealed to the St. Petersburg City Court with a request to take measures to hear the case on charges of journalist Rudnikov in a regime open to his colleagues and the public.
