The penalty for refusing to launch gas services for checking equipment will be one of the measures designed to prevent the repeat of incidents associated with the explosion of household gas in apartment buildings. The Ministry of Construction prepared amendments to the current legislation. In particular, in the event of a refusal to put the gallows into the house, it is proposed to draw up an act, a copy of which will be sent to the state housing supervision for initiating an administrative case. One copy of the act is going to transfer to the owner.

However, the Investigative Committee urged not to trust the reports that appeared and recalled that the priority version of the cause of the tragedy was an explosion of household gas.

He thundered on January 14 in a residential building at about 6 in the morning. His power was such that the fragments damaged the taxi parking vehicle located at a distance of about 100 meters from the building. “Pieces of masonry were destroyed by the roof of the adjacent five -story building (both brick houses),” said the correspondent of the local publication by Rostov’s local publication. As a result of the incident, four were destroyed and 16 apartments were damaged on the eighth and ninth floors of one of the entrances, the rescuers removed the five dead from the blockages of the body.

A month later, on February 14, 2019, an explosion of gas occurred again, this time in a three -story building in Krasnoyarsk. As a result, strong destruction received the walls of the second and third floors of the house. Two people became the victims, investigators opened a criminal case under the article “Causing death by negligence”, and also found out that the building was built without permits and was not registered in the manner prescribed by law as housing . Moreover, in 2016, the court decided to demolish it, but people were still in the house. According to the updated data of the Ministry of Emergencies, more than 20 people lived in the house.

They reacted to what was happening in the Public Chamber: even before what happened in Krasnoyarsk, they offered to allocate budget financing of 20 billion rubles for equipping panel houses with gas supply gas sensors. According to the secretary of the body Valery Fadeev, the money is small - if we consider expenses in the context of the country and the state budget.

The Public Chamber is confident that the measure will prevent the tragedy similar to what happened in Magnitogorsk. “We will offer the State Duma and the government in order to carry out such a work that the tragedies, at least such a scale (like in Magnitogorsk),” said Fadeev.
