In Krasnoyarsk, the court fined an activist and physical education teacher at Siberian Federal University Natalya Podolyak for 150 thousand rubles in the case of violence in relation to the police officer in the action “He is not a king for us” in May 2018. About this writes "Apology of protest."

The court considered that the woman hit the policeman Dmitry Danilov on the leg. Podolyak herself said that she touched the employee with his foot in order to attract his attention - the detainee, who was dragged by the law enforcement officer, lost consciousness.

The activist also must pay the policeman 20 thousand rubles for moral damage.

The video recorded the moment, because of which an angular case was instituted on Podolyak.

The woman connects the persecution with her political activity: she ran for the Legislative Assembly of the region and to the post of head of Krasnoyarsk, and was also a confidant of Russian presidential candidate Vladimir Zhirinovsky.
