In 2016, the Chuprins family learned from the response to their next appeal to the Ministry of Defense, which the department transferred the building of the city administration of Irkutsk. The military recommended that the Irkutskar resolve the issue of improving housing conditions with local officials. People turned to the city hall. The officials replied to them that the Ministry of Defense did not give them the land on which the hostel stands, and they cannot register ownership of the building. And this, in turn, prevents them from raising people. At the same time, the authorities admit that the dormitory of the emergency and families have the right to extraordinary resettlement.

Very soon, hoarfrost and ice from the walls and ceiling will melt and drain along the interpanel seams, destroying them even more. The residents of the hostel are very afraid, no matter how the earthquake does not happen, which are quite possible in their seismic area. They are sure that their hostel will definitely not withstand shocks.
