The Ministry of Justice has prepared a draft government decree on new forms of writ of execution, which are used by bailiffs to search for debtors.
Now such forms indicate the name, date and place of birth, place of residence, place of work (or date and place of registration of the individual entrepreneur) and individual taxpayer number. Now the Ministry of Justice has proposed to indicate one of the identifiers along with the basic data about the debtor:
It is assumed that the new forms will begin to be used from 2021, and the transition period, when the old forms will also work, will last until the end of 2022.
