On May 31, 2017, the Lublin Court of Moscow satisfied the claim of billionaire Alisher Usmanov against Alexei Navalny and FBK, recognizing the information disseminated in the video as untrue and discrediting the businessman's honor. The court ordered Navalny and FBK to remove the film "He's not Dimon to you."

Usmanov demanded a refutation of information about the "palace on Rublyovka" he presented to Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev, a bribe to Deputy Prime Minister Igor Shuvalov, and censorship at the Kommersant publishing house, owned by the businessman. Alexei Navalny then said that he did not intend to comply with the court decision: “What we saw cannot be called a trial. All petitions, all documents were rejected, the court refused to hear all the witnesses.”

Later , Rubanov said that the FBK removed fragments disputed by Usmanov from the video, but noted that the fund's employees are not responsible for the videos published on Navalny's personal YouTube channel.

Today, Navalny confirmed that he does not intend to remove information from his channel, and for the fund "this decision is, in principle, unworkable." “If you initiate a case, then it is against me. But Putin doesn't like the Anti-Corruption Fund even more than I personally don't like it. This is an institution. A structure that works quietly even when I am under arrest,” Navalny said.

According to him, he expected that 2019 would be the year when the FBK will try to defeat. He also expressed confidence that against the current director of the FBK, Ivan Zhdanov, who has so far been interrogated as a witness, they can also initiate a criminal case.
