The ex-directors of FBK were put on the wanted list due to failure to comply with the court verdict on the film “He’s Not Dimon to You”

The Ministry of Internal Affairs has put the former director of the Anti-Corruption Foundation, Roman Rubanov, on the wanted list. Information about this can be found on the department's website.

FBK director Ivan Zhdanov told Mediazona that Rubanov was put on the wanted list because of a criminal case under the article on failure to comply with a court verdict (Article 315 of the Criminal Code). He was taken out because of the publication of the film “He’s Not Dimon for You.”

According to Zhdanov, he and FBK lawyer Vyacheslav Gimadi were interrogated as witnesses in this case.

A criminal case was opened against Rubanov due to his refusal to make corrections to the investigation “He’s not Dimon for you,” prepared by the FBK about Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev.

In May 2017, billionaire Alisher Usmanov won a lawsuit against FBK. The court ordered FBK to remove part of the investigation “He’s Not Dimon to You,” which states that Usmanov gave a bribe to Medvedev.

UPD 17:40 Roman Rubanov told Meduza that he left Russia at the end of December on vacation. Around the same time, his name appeared in the criminal investigation database. The ex-director of FBK is not going to return to Russia in the near future. According to Rubanov, he was put on the wanted list specifically to prevent him from returning from abroad.

• In October 2017, Rubanov was detained by bailiffs. The resolution stated that the detention was related to FBK’s refusal to remove a fragment of the film “He’s Not Dimon for You” based on Usmanov’s lawsuit.
