In the Krasnodar Territory, an activist who posted leaflets was fined three thousand rubles

The administrative commission of the village of Poltava in the Krasnodar Territory fined Sergei Batanov three thousand rubles. He was found guilty of violating the rules for improvement (part 1 of article 3.2 of the law of the Krasnodar Territory "On Administrative Offenses"). He himself told OVD-Info about this.

Batanov is charged with pasting campaign materials on the door of the administration building of the village of Poltava, as well as on a power line pole.

An activist posted flyers with a picture of President Vladimir Putin and information about a price increase on January 11, 2019. After that, he was detained and threatened to open a case on extremism. As a result, an administrative protocol was drawn up against the activist.
