Dmitry Skurikhin, the regional coordinator of the Open Russia , arrived at the “Martial Weneration” of the Leningrad Region. During the action, he took out the flag of movement and began to shout the slogans in support of his ally Anastasia Shevchenko . What was later, hetold on his Facebook page. OVD-Info publishes the excerpts of his history.
<...> I saw two parallel chains of astronauts (riot police- OVD-info ). <...> shouted that we were surrounded, and so that people go towards Isaac, but did not really have time to shout it. I heard the words nearby: "Come on this with the flag." Then the two grabbed hands, the third from behind took by the shoulders and led me to the car carrier. <...>
Some small cute little man run up and tries to put the checker checker for me on the bosom. We go along the roadway of the blocked Gorokhova (street- OTD-Info ), we approach the autozak, there is a surprise-a huge puddle between us and the car carrier. Police to the left, look - far, to the right - widely, they say: "Get here." And there are waterproof water. I refused to go there, but still dragged. I squeeze my legs and reach the riot police in the arms of a car with dry legs. The one on the left hisses in my face with fumes: "Once again you will do it - I will break my hand." Threw Ford <...>
I sit down at the door. On the contrary, the first detainee is already sitting - a sweet woman of about seventy, a smart intelligent face, a pleasant voice. She asks my surname for transferring to the “Assistance Group for detainees” - I give. The police ask for the banner (the flag of “Open Russia” -OTD-Info )-I give. They unfold it, take pictures with him and return to me <...>

I think it is necessary to run. I look: the rear doors are not locked, or rather locked, but from the point of view of a non-specialist. And I am a mastic at such doors, I have been tormented with them for twenty years on the Gazelle (Dmitry Skurikhin-a driver with experience, ATS-info ), and it happened to open them. Behind Ford is a policeman, with him it will turn out not to Komindo - I’ll still move the doors on it - they will be dried. I'm waiting - it leaves, now, now!
But here is another attack: “Ford” is touching - not jumping on the go. Fortunately, we stop before leaving Gorokhova on the avenue along the Admiralty. I open one lock, the second, third and with a cry "Run!" I fall out of Ford. A very special feeling is to get away from the dishonest chase, all the more to run away! I really advise you to test it, my friends!
Tear along Gorokhova, “And only behind I joyfully heard the surprised cries of animals ...” And the clatter of legs. Police in body armor, in helmets, in breeds - it’s hard to run, and I lightly and with a clear conscience. I'm running - I just enjoy, the weather is beautiful, the views around are amazing, I run up to a small sea - Isaac on the right in the distance. A wet guy (Alexey- OVD-info ) with me-it seems that no one else could escape. We slowed down, look around - they run after us.
I shout to the guy: "Come on in the subway!" - And he himself. We run past the cars, they slow down, but do not signal - they see that it is chasing us. I’m flying into the subway, an error is a way out and it seems that you can’t climb through the turnstiles. I immediately throw off a hat and jacket, take out the phone, make my face as a stone if possible, rely on a fence in the corner - I pretend to be meeting. It must be said, this is not easy - the heart jumps out of the mouth, you can’t calm your breath, and there are only three people in the lobby, silence, and I am like a steam locomotive. After a couple of seconds, the astronaut flies, the helmet in his hand - the state of breathing like mine, the hair is disheveled. A tall, healthy guy, examines the lobby, looks at me, but does not know - I am no longer an object of persecution for him. He runs away, I'm waiting a couple of minutes, I go out. Everything is freedom, a curtain.
Alexey was driving in the same car with Dmitry Skurikhin and jumped out immediately, as he opened the door.
Before the march I thought that most likely they would detain me - I was tired of constantly running away, tired of being afraid and endure it all. During the action, riot police began to approach, and all protesters began to diverge. I stood still, looked into their eyes and waited for me to be detained now. But everyone passed me.
Then OMON began to take the journalists in the ring, at the same time Dmitry Skurikhin was detained. Then he saw that they began to detain the girls - I came up immediately and closed them. I look at the chief employee OMON and I say that they are behind the girls. They began to pull me out.
After that, I was dragged to the car carrier. I thought that since the detention is illegal, then where I will help them. In a video, I saw that during the detentions you need to make a “cotton” body-for this you need to relax all the muscles, then it is more difficult to raise and drag you. I did so - I immediately slipped out of their hands and fell to the ground. They began to raise me again, but they did not succeed, because the body was “cotton”.
When they carried, they asked: "Why is this all this window dressing?" I did not talk to them. Then they said: "Well, what, will you go?" I'm silent. "Are you a drug addict?" - the police say. I am silent, I look disapprovingly. Then they dragged me again. I relax my muscles, falling, they again raise me by the four of them and drag me to the car carrier.
When they passed the puddle, one of the police officers told me: "Right now you are a muzzle in a puddle of an perch." At the same time, they looked around and asked: "No one is taking off?" As a result, they did not throw me into the puddle. They brought to the auto -zak and said: "Well, now, now you will show off?" When I got into the car, one of the police officers gave me a slap in the face.
A woman in Avtosak recorded my data for the “help group for detainees”. Let's go. And I see: Dmitry opens the door and screams "Run!" And runs out. As soon as I saw the open door, I immediately rushed without rear thoughts. The police ran after us.
I exhale, I feel that everything is running quieter, and the police seem to catch up. I run into the subway - heavy breathing, the taste of blood in my mouth, the head dizzy. In the subway, five more cops are standing and talking. I took off my hat, unbuttoned my jacket, slowed down and walked past them. I get into the subway and go home.
Almost two weeks after the march, February 22, the police blocked the car with Dmitry Skurikhin in the courtyard of his house. They said that they were delaying the activist in the KUSP (a book of accounting for messages about crimes) - they called the number and date of the complaint. Employees added that this is a complaint because of the rally, but did not explain from whom exactly it came from and what is the conclusion.
In the department, the employee asked the activist to sign an administrative protocol under part 2 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (organization of an inconsistent event). In the document, according to Dmitry, it was described how he urged people to shout slogans and how he escaped from the autozak.

On the same day, the activist was taken to court. Before that, handcuffs put on him. According to Skurikhin, the police told him: "Yes, you are running away quickly." They took them off when they went into the courtroom. Skurikhin conveyed what was at the meeting:
The judge called me a spontaneous organizer and said in direct text: “I read about you, you are dashing. If you agree with what is written in the protocol, then I give you to a minimum, especially you are a large father, and I have five daughters, four of which are minors. And your position is pretty to me, you do everything openly and do not hide. If you do not confess, then we will sue, bring a lawyer here - there will be a different conversation.
As a result, Skurikhin agreed with what was written in the administrative protocol, and he was appointed three days of arrest. The activist explained that he could not leave their loved ones for a long time, therefore he had to accept the judge’s proposal.
Skurikhin called the conditions in the special -reception of the reception: “Employees are very sincere people: they asked which cell to put me in - in a single or not, they showed where the library is located.” For three days, Dmitry protested against his arrest and held a dry hunger strike - for three days he did not eat or drank anything. He said that it was very difficult to hold out, and that when he was released, he lost his voice for some time.
