In addition to killer whales and beluga, who got into the “whale prison” in the Middle Bay in Primorye, there are walruses in it. It is reported by Interfax .
About six walruses contained in the average bay, it is said in the conclusion of the veterinarian of the rehabilitation center "Seal" in Primorye Pavel Chopenko. The document notes that animals are contained in steel containers, remote from the aviary with whaling. The containers are equipped with a pool and land, without access to sunlight.
At the same time, according to the Vladivostok inter -district environmental prosecutors, the middle -aged pellets were not brought to the bay.
Earlier, it became known that the abolders of marine animals who filled the “whale prison” in the average bay in Primorye adapt them to further work in the oceanariums, despite the statements of the Ministry of Natural Resources and supervisory authorities about the need to release wands and beluga into the natural environment.
Recall that 12 killer whales and 90 beluga were caught in the Sea of Okhotsk for sale in dolphinaria and oceanariums in 2018. Animals were placed in enclosures. As established, mammals were caught with numerous violations of the law.
