In Yeysk, an activist, a member of the Yabloko party, Alexander Safronov, was charged with an administrative protocol on participation in the activities of an “undesirable organization” because of the repost of the Open Russia video on Facebook. Safronov told OVD-Info about this.

A protocol under article 20.33 of the Code of Administrative Offenses against an activist was drawn up because of a video about the lack of schools in Krasnodar. According to Safonov, he is not a member of Open Russia, and considers the protocol for reposting unlawful, since the video is not included in the list of extremist materials and is not prohibited.
