Türkiye is ready to unfold S-400

Türkiye will buy the S-400 anti-aircraft missile systems from Russia due to the need to ensure the security of the country, said the Minister of Defense of Turkey, Hulushi Akar. The deployment of complexes will begin in October.

“The purchase of the S-400 air defense system is not a matter of preference, but an urgent requirement of national security. Turkey is obliged to protect 82 million of its citizens, ”Akara reports Interfax. According to him, the placement of the S-400 in Turkey will begin in October this year, and the command of the Turkish Armed Forces will later determine the places of their deployment.
