After the end of the rally against the isolation of the Russian segment of the Internet, which took place on Sakharov Avenue in Moscow, the police detained 13 people, the press service of the Libertarian Party, which organized the rally, said.

The reasons for the detention, stressed in the press service, are unknown. According to Radio Liberty, a radio station correspondent was among the detainees.

Three detainees told OVD-Info that the police used violence against them.
