Three Russian citizens were on board an Ethiopian Airlines Boeing 737 that crashed shortly after takeoff. The Russian Embassy in Ethiopia reported their names: these are Alexandra Polyakova, Alexander Polyakov and Sergey Vyalikov.
A total of 149 passengers and eight crew members from 33 countries were on board the plane flying from Addis Ababa to Nairobi. They all died.
