In Moscow, on Sakharov Avenue, eight participants in the rally against Runet isolation were detained. They themselves reported this by the OVD-info.
The police detained Oleg Khorkov, Fedor Milyaev, Danila Matveychik, Andrei Perfiliev, Andrei Zaburnyev, Anastasia Vasiliev, Sergey Sinitsyn and a member of the Libertarian party, who asked not to advertise his name.
All eight were detained before the event. Activists were preparing for the rally and handed out balls at the entrance.
The detainees were brought to the police department in the Krasnoselsky district.

This was announced by the ATD-Info by human rights activist Dinar Idrisov. It was assumed that in the center the girl would wait for parents who live in St. Petersburg.
The girl was charged with a violation of the rules of the action (part 5 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses), and her father - non -fulfillment of the duties of raising a minor (Article 5.35 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).
