Also, Tashir is one of the largest developers of transport hub projects in Moscow. In addition to Vykhino, the group will build multifunctional complexes at the transport hub near the station. metro stations "Park Pobedy", "Troparevo", "Seligerskaya" and "Pyatnitskoye Shosse". Transport hubs should link all types of public transport in Moscow into a single system - ground, railway and metro, so that passengers can comfortably transfer from one to another. This is one of the large-scale programs of the mayor's office. In total, the city plans to build 271 transport hubs, of which 134 are capital, the rest are flat. The Tashir representative refused to name investments in the Vykhino transport hub. The project could cost the group 6–7 billion rubles, says Colliers International partner Vladimir Sergunin. CBRE CEO Vladimir Pinaev’s estimate is higher – RUB 8.5–9.5 billion.

Vykhino is an area with one of the highest passenger flows in Moscow, so the shopping and entertainment complex will be in great demand here, says Alan Baloev, director of the capital markets department at Cushman & Wakefield. Pinaev also agrees with him: given that Vykhino is one of the busiest metro stations (151,500 people use it every day), if there is a railway station, there will be no shortage of buyers there. In general, the South-Eastern district of Moscow is clearly undersupplied with shopping centers, adds Pinaev: the current supply there is 417 sq. m. m per 1000 people versus 492 sq. m on average in the city.
