In several Russian regions, including Siberian ones, a flash of measles is recorded. Dozens of sick people were identified in Novosibirsk and Chita . The measles reached the Altai Territory - there in early March the first case of the disease was officially registered this year.
Doctors say: the only guaranteed way to protect against measles is vaccination. Meanwhile, in Russia, the number of people who fundamentally refuse to vaccinate to their children is growing.
"You have no right to cripple our health"
The portal of the Government of the Russian Federation is now discussing the bill "On the Conducting Individual Immunization against Cores in the Russian Federation" . In short, he prescribes from April 1 to October 1, 2019 in all regions mass vaccination against measles - for those people who were not vaccinated from it.
At the same time, in several Internet communities there are a collection of signatures under petitions against the adoption of this law.
"I will protect myself and my loved ones from pools (that is, medical. - S.) crimes. I see that interested parties manipulate public consciousness for their own benefit. I believe that people who have chosen the path of ministry and citizens do not have the right to cripple the health of citizens and exceed official powers. I express my protest regarding this draft law and require it cancel, ” says one of these appeals.
Tuberculosis, hepatitis-diseases of homeless people and drug addicts, and for some reason we give vaccinations from these infections to young children
In the "anti-prisming" Internet communities, tens of thousands of people consist. Groups have been built according to one principle: there is a lot of information about the “dangers” of vaccinations (all their conceivable consequences are listed - from a cold to cancer) and that there is nothing to terrible in infectious diseases. There are advice on how to correctly abandon the vaccination in the clinic and how to give an unvaccinated child to kindergarten and school.
- Vaccination is the intentional poisoning of the child's body with all muck. Moreover, with the connivance of parents, who, like a herd, do everything that doctors dictate to them. It is still unknown whether children will face such diseases someday in life. It is not for nothing that some of them are called social: tuberculosis, hepatitis-diseases of homeless people and drug addicts, and for some reason we vaccinate from these infections to young children, ”says Tatyana Barzunova , a member of one of the“ anti-infection ”communities, a resident of Blagoveshchensk. - If the child gets sick, then thanks to modern drugs it is easy to cure him, and immunity will remain for life. But how many cases of children's disability, sudden mortality after vaccinations! Doctors, of course, deny such a causal relationship. But they cannot prove that this connection is not.
Tatyana Barzunova tells how her five -year -old unvaccinated son fell ill with a whooping cough. There was a cough to vomiting, to the stop of breathing, fainting and seizures, and sleepless nights. All this lasted about a month.
- When we generally recovered, the residual phenomena continued, probably six months. Coughing attacks began every time, as soon as the child was running a little, jumping or getting a little cold. But all, thank God, has passed. And I do not think that something terrible happened. The body coped with the disease, which means it has become stronger. It would be worse if I myself had done my child to the danger of illness, ”Tatyana says. - By the way, the prevention of whooping cough is the so -called ADD vaccine, which “at the same time” also includes diphtheria and tetanus. What is the likelihood that my child can pick up this infection in our time? And they offer me this dirty trick to inject him.

“Anti -infructional propaganda is wrong and even criminal,” objects Tatyana Kostrykin , deputy head of the department of epidemiological supervision of Rospotrebnadzor in the Krasnoyarsk Territory. - If completely healthy child or adults are vaccinated, then there should be no complications, especially from measles vaccine. At the same time, measles can lead to complications such as pneumonia, meningitis, encephalitis, hepatitis. It is not uncommon and fatal outcomes. The same consequences may have other supposedly "harmless" diseases from which it is easy to protect against vaccination.
It is easy to become angry, Tatyana Kostrykina continues. And not only with direct contact with a sick person - the virus can spread, for example, through ventilation pipes or an elevator shaft. There are cases when people who live on different floors and never met infected from each other.
- measles are looking for an unvaccinated and not ill person. For him, the risk of infection when meeting with the virus is 100%, ”says Kostrykina. - The only salvation is vaccination. Vaccinations are made to children at the age of the year and six years - and these two doses give life immunity. You can get used to adults under 35 years old. And to those who communicate with a large number of people (doctors, teachers, social workers) - up to 55.
"Why are my rights violated, not them?"
According to the latest WHO report , vaccination is the most effective way to prevent dangerous diseases: it saves up to three million lives annually, and the rejection of it can lead to catastrophic consequences. In the same report, such figures are also given: in the last year, the incidence of measles around the world increased by 30%. In some countries, the number of cases has grown ten times . The largest growth is in Ukraine: in 2017, 4782 cases were identified there, and in 2018-53 218. In Russia, this ratio is 897 in 2017 and 2256 in 2018.
Measles can lead to complications such as pneumonia, meningitis, encephalitis, hepatitis. Not uncommon and fatal outcomes
- The relationship of these two phenomena - outbreaks of incidence of measles and lack of vaccinations - are especially clearly visible just on the example of Ukraine. There were problems with the supply of the vaccine - and here is the result. As soon as the percentage of unvaccinated people exceeds a certain indicator, the outbreak of incidence is inevitable. But only those who were not vaccinated should be afraid of measles. Those who were vaccinated are fully protected, ”emphasizes Galina Zaryanko , epidemiologist of the highest category, specialist of the immunoprophylaxis of the Krasnoyarsk regional center Antispyd.
According to Galina Zaryanko, although there are a lot of “anti-producers” in Russia, say that there is a massive rejection of vaccination in the country: 95% of the population is covered with vaccinations.

But sometimes it happens that problems arise just for those who have made all the vaccinations on time.
Problems did not have problems, but those who returned to medieval troubles
- My daughter goes to one of the private kindergartens of Irkutsk. I will not call - I have good relations with its organizers, and they, in general, are not to blame for the current situation, ”says Irkutian Marina Sokolova . - My child was recently vaccinated with a live core vaccine. Just in case, I warned about it in the kindergarten - suddenly there are those who were not vaccinated. And I heard that when vaccinating a live vaccine from poliomyelitis, there is some minimum risk of infecting unvaccinated children from those who have just vaccinated, and children must be disarmed for a while. I thought, maybe with measles, the same way. Indeed, four or five mothers found themselves in our group - fundamental "anti -prismaries". So, they ensured that my daughter was removed from visiting the kindergarten for a month! That is, they do not have problems due to the lack of vaccinations, but with me. I did not quarrel either with them or with the owners of the garden. But I am shocked: my rights were infringed on-a person who complies with all the requirements-and not mammas mammers who deny the conquest of civilization (excuse me for pathos!) And do not care about the health of their own children because of some medieval troubles.

Doctors really recommend breaking children who are vaccinated from polio vaccine , and those who were not vaccinated at all: the risk of infection, one case of 14 million, and the truth exists, says lawyer Evgeny Nesterov .
- But even in the case of poliomyelitis, a clear order of division of children is not registered anywhere. Usually, they still offer to temporarily go to another group, another kindergarten or a couple of months to sit at home an unvaccinated child. As for the vaccination from measles, such recommendations do not exist at all, ”he says. -Apparently, the opinions of opponents of vaccinations in the eyes of the Gener’s leadership for some reason outweighed.
Marina Sokolova is sure that in her situation the fear of the owner of the kindergarten did her job to lose customers:
- The garden is considered prestigious, the payment is rather big, and there are enough "anti -producers" there. I think the guide of the kindergarten simply tried to avoid a scandal.

"Everyone answers with his health"
About why many statements of “anti -infection” communities are far from reality, says Galina Zaryanko , a specialist of the Krasnoyarsk regional center Antispid.
- Galina Alexandrovna, opponents of vaccinations talk a lot about complications after vaccination. What are the most common and how often do they happen?
- So the question is not at all. There are local phenomena - seals, redness at the site of the introduction of the vaccine. There are general undesirable phenomena - for example, a short -term increase in temperature. But all these moments themselves quickly disappear and do not require any treatment. And they happen very rarely-in 1-5% of children. Such manifestations are strictly individual and depend on the health status of each particular person.
- Is it true that an unvaccinated person can become infected from someone who recently vaccinated with a live vaccine?
- No. There can be no question of a living vaccine from measles in this sense, the danger is zero. Such a probability, extremely small, is only in the case of a living polio vaccine. But here, I think, first of all, it is necessary to think about those who abandoned this vaccination and created such a threat to their child.
- If the vast majority of people are vaccinated against measles - does this reduce the likelihood of a disease to zero and for the unvaccinated?
The virus can spread through ventilation pipes or elevator shafts. People who have never contacted each other can become infected
- Not everything is so simple here. Collective immunity can be created, for example, in relation to the influenza: if the percentage of vaccinated, the so -called immune layer has reached 40%, then due to the large number of vaccinated, those who did not do the vaccination against influenza. But there is no collective immunity against measles - only individual. If 95% of the population is vaccinated, and 5% not, these five percent will get sick. Here everyone is responsible for what is happening only with their own health. Do not think that if the neighbors are vaccinated and healthy, then nothing threatens you. General protection does not work here. You can get infected when traveling to another city or country, or the virus can "bring" a person who returned from there.
- If a person is vaccinated against measles, he will definitely not get sick ?
- He will not get sick. The first dose is placed in the child a year and by 85–90% protects him from infection for several years. At the age of six, they introduce a second dose - and it gives lifelong immunity from measles. Adults have a slightly different schedule. But the result is generally the same.
- The measles are commonly called childhood disease. What does it mean?
- Now there is no such thing. Previously, people received measles immunity, only overgrown. The new outbreak of this disease was on those who had no immunity precisely because they did not have time to get sick with measles, that is, mainly on children. They were primarily at risk - hence the myths about "childhood diseases". But for a long time, children have been massively vaccinated against measles, therefore, at risk, on the contrary, are unvaccinated adults. They most often get sick.
- What if a person does not know for sure whether he was vaccinated in childhood?
- You can take tests for the presence of antibodies to measles. You can get used to it: according to our experience, even if the vaccine turned out to be "extra", that is, repeated, this does not give any negative consequences.
- If right now an unvaccinated person will go and make a grocer from measles when she will work?
-The incubation period for this disease is an average of 21 days, plus minus. That is, about this time, a person who has vaccinated, will have an immunity.
