In Novokuznetsk, a member of the Libertarian Party was deceived into court and fined one thousand rubles

In Novokuznetsk, Igor Gorlanov, a member of the Libertarian Party, was invited to the migration service to return his passport, which he left at the city administration. In the building of the migration service, he was detained by police officers, his phone was taken away from him and taken to court. He himself told OVD-Info about this.

The Central District Court considered an administrative case on charges of disobedience to a police officer (Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). The protocol was drawn up at the end of December, when Gorlanov was detained after a trial in the case of another member of the Libertarian Party.

According to Gorlanov, at the end of last year, this case was sent to the archive, since numerous violations were made during the preparation of the protocol. In connection with what exactly the case was decided to consider, he does not know. The court session was held without the presence of defenders.

As a result, the court fined Gorlanov a thousand rubles, finding him guilty of disobeying a policeman. The passport to a member of the Libertarian Party was given only after the trial.
