Anton Petrunin: Carrying to the Mandate

The deputy mandate freed after the death of Zhores Alferov will be transferred to Pavel Grudinin. Less than a month ago, the ex-candidate for the presidency lost its own due to violation of anti-corruption legislation. Today he already managed to declare the absence of proposals from the Communist Party.

Recall, the Nobel Physics Prize laureate, Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Jores Alferov,died at the age of 88 in early March. The reason was acute heart failure. Alferov was elected to the State Duma according to the federal list. In this regard, the authorized body of the party has the opportunity to offer the CEC any candidate from this list.

Gennady Zyuganov said that at today's meeting of the Presidium of the Central Committee of the Communist Party, various candidates were considered and added that to give the released mandate to the Grudinin “this is a collective solution”. Prior to this, Grudinin told RBC that he was not offered a mandate, refusing to comment on the messages that appeared in the media.

“They consulted with party organizations, with all influential people, with our friends, allies - everyone believes that Pavel Nikolayevich is able to continue the best traditions that outstanding, large people, such as Alferov, Maslyakov, Starodubtsev, Ilyukhin,” said the leader of the Communists. He recalled the participation of an ally in the presidential race, noting that "millions of citizens actively voted during the Grudinin elections, despite the attempts of some figures to compromise the candidate."

In February, the Council of Deputies removed Grudinin from the post of chairman. According to one of the deputies of Dmitry Erokhin, the decision on removal was made due to the fact that “he could not organize the work of the council in the proper direction,” focusing on politics and the fight against the local administration. However, then, having examined the prosecutor's office on the violation by a politician of anti -corruption legislation, the Council decided to terminate its powers ahead of schedule.

Recall that in the fall of 2017, the director of the Lenin State Farm Pavel Grudinin was elected chairman of the Council of Deputies Vidnoy. In 2018, he took part in the elections of the President of Russia from the Communist Party.

In September, in the framework of the division of property with the ex -wife of Irina, the court arrested all his shares at the Lenin State Farm. In November, the company filed a lawsuit against its director with an amount of about 1.1 billion rubles. It coincides with the cost of two land plots of the company, in 2008, transferred to TT Development, which is also a participant in Grudinin himself.

The appearance of Grudinin in the State Duma hall should be expected within the time periods that are provided for in the framework of the regulations, for this he will have to abandon the managing position.
