The Ulyanovsk Regional Court reduced the term of detention of two prosecutors of the Communist Deputies arrested for the “assault” and released them

After March 14, the Ulyanovsk Regional Court reduced the term of detention in the custody of two arrested for “trying to break through” to the regional prosecutor of the Communist Deputies Vitaly Kuzin and Denis Guryanov and released them, the 7x7 correspondent said. On March 12, the Leninsky District Court arrested them for seven days.

The deputies were released, since the regional court reduced the term of their arrest to two days, and exactly two days they had already served in the special reception. One of them - Vitaly Kuzin told about the reason for the arrest of deputies and their further plans for the 7x7 correspondent:

- We were appointed, I think, strict punishment, despite the fact that the arrest is determined by people who are repeatedly involved in administrative offenses, but we are not such. This is not a simple punishment. We only tried to go to the prosecutor of the Ulyanovsk region Sergey Khurtin . We knew that he was there, and this fact was confirmed by the deputy governor of the Ulyanovsk region Sergey Lyulkov the next day. Given the fact that the prosecutor and the representative of the Russian Guard claimed that they would not accept us, we insisted at a meeting with the duty prosecutor. But we also refused this. Why, I still can’t understand. It is outraged that in the office of Hortin was the Governor of the Ulyanovsk Region Sergey Morozov . It is not clear why he was able to accept the head of the region, but there are no deputies of the Legislative Assembly.

According to the deputy, it was important for them that the prosecutor would accept them:

- Now about the questions that we wanted to raise in the office of Hortin, a strange hype begins. Directly at the trial, we stated that a roadmap, allegedly created by the Government of the Ulyanovsk Region, was falling into our hands, to destabilize the situation of the election of the head of the city of Dimitrovgrad. But if we speak full, we wanted to touch on a number of questions, including the quality of food in schools, kindergartens of Ulyanovsk.

Vitaly Kuzin said that both deputies intend to protest and the decision of the regional court:

- Today, an appeal in the regional court took place. I note, the judge decided that the notification in messengers about the preparation of protocols is normal. I want to emphasize that the protocol against me was drawn up in absentia and no one notified me about it. In principle, most of the indictment of the Lenin court was upheld. However, it was considered that the punishment is quite severe, and reduced it to two days of arrest. Despite the fact that the punishment was softened, we consider him too strict. Therefore, we will appeal this sentence in order to remove all the accusations from us regarding this case.

January 25 deputies-communist Vitaly Kuzin and Denis Guryanov They tried to get an appointment with the regional prosecutor Sergei Khurtin, but on this day the prosecutor did not accept anyone. The prosecutor’s office “ 7x7 ” said that the deputies sought admission after a working day - at eighth in the evening.

According to representatives of the Leninsky District Court, requests to leave the premises of Kuzin and Guryanov ignored, so the guard called the police and the Russian Guard. The deputies were detained, and on March 12, the Leninsky District Court appointed them seven days of arrest for violation of Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (“Dislike for the legal requirement of a police officer”).
