The family immediately began problems with their neighbors: the fellow villagers accused the peppers of fraud, threatened Tas and her mother, and also sustained the girl’s naked photograph and published VKontakte. A letter to Putin

Elena Perechikova and his 11-year-old daughter Tasey moved from St. Petersburg to the village of Tonsino, Pskov Region in May 2018. Prachikova did not want to pay for a rented apartment in the city anymore and bought a small house in the village in the village. She got a job as a nurse in the district hospital and got housekeeping - bought a cow, goats, chickens, took up the garden. At the same time, she often had no strength to work in the garden. In September, the only school in Tonsino was closed, so her daughter, sixth grader Tasia, together with neighboring children, every day went to school in a neighboring village, and the rest of the time she helped her mother’s housekeeper: she finished cow and goats, completely looked after animals and did all the housework.

In mid-December 2018, 12-year-old Tasia Perechikova secretly wrote a letter to Vladimir Putin and sent to Kremlin.ru. In the letter (the text is at the disposal of “Medusa”), the girl complained that they closed the only school in her village, said that her mother in two shifts works as a nurse in the district hospital and is on duty in intensive care, she has a “good job, but there is not enough salaries - she receives about 12 thousand”.

“I love my mother very much,” Tasia wrote to Putin. - Please give my mother a motorcycle block and a mini -tractor. We really need him. We would have more beds. And my mother would have to work less with a shovel after the duty, almost to loss of strength. It’s hard for my mother. I will be very grateful to you if you call me, and I can tell you everything myself. ”

In a letter, Perechikova also noted that the place where she now lives is "very old, the first mention of [about him] in the 15th century."

"We have no right to help everyone"

The girl still has not received an answer from the president. But on January 10, 2019, a letter came from the Committee on Social Protection of the Pskov Region, in which she was praised for being interested in history, but they said that “it was not possible to help her” (this letter is also at the disposal of Medusa).

In early January, the journalist of the Radio Liberty publication Lyudmila Savitskaya came to Perechikov and wrote an article about their life. Then Tasia enthusiastically told the journalist about their life in the village: “I do not want to return to the city for any money! I will not move back! In the city you will include music, so everyone shouts, screaming: “What are you doing there?” And here at least sing, at least throw everything and destroy - no one will hear! Freedom! Lyudmila Savitskaya told Medusa that during the meeting “Tasya seemed to her incredible” and not at all like other children of her age. “She jumps with delight when Latin teaches with her mother, she takes birth from goats and heals them.” According to Savitskaya, Tasi has a heightened sense of justice. The girl, “raising his hands to the sky,” asked the journalist in surprise, “how can it be that after two houses the head of the district lives from us, who took and did not defend school - such things simply do not fit in her head.”

At the same time, Savitskaya noted that Tasia is a very naive child and was not at all ready for trifles.

A few days after the publication of the article by Lyudmila Savitskaya, the regional social protection department of the population said that the administration of the Pskov region still intends to propose Percikova to conclude a social contract for the purchase of a mini -tractor. At the same time, the administration noted that now the family has no registration in the Pskov region.

Elena Perechikova told Medusa that shortly after the publication she was urgently called to the head of the apparatus of the administration of the Governor of the Pskov Region Sergey Dmitriev - “On the Corporative”. The audience was scheduled immediately after two hospital dutys of Perechikova in a row. She asked the officials to postpone the meeting, but she was not allowed. For four hours, Perechikova went to the meeting, and she lasted, according to her, 15 minutes. Dmitriev, as Perechikova says, indifferently said that he did not see Tasinin’s letter to the president, as well as statements by the social protection department, in which they talked about readiness to help - both Perechikova showed him from the phone.

Returning home, Perechikova received a written response from the administration of the Pskov region that there would be no help to the family (the document is at the disposal of Medusa). “It turned out that they did not do this as it were, we are not provided for assistance on the budget,” she told Medusa. “Moreover, I have been registered with Tasey because of bureaucratic delays still in St. Petersburg.”

The administration of the Pskov region did not answer the questions of Medusa.

"Brought" pepper "to the life of the hinterland"

After the publication was released on the Radio Liberty website, not only regional officials learned about TASI’s letter. According to Elena Perechikova, people began to write to her who asked to provide an address and bank details. Soon, he and his daughter began to receive parcels with children's things and stationery, people transferred small donations to Peprikov, including charitable foundations (in total they collected about 90 thousand rubles). With this money, the family bought equipment for the garden, textbooks, clothes and medicines (all the checks of Perekovs showed Medusa).

Tasia Perechikova told Medusa that as soon as the fellow villagers began to notice that the parcels were sent to her, they were very angry at her. “They called it an idiot, an upstart, that we, too, how you live, and nothing, tolerate. You are a fool, since I asked, ”says the girl. - The children in the village ceased to be friends with me and began to behave as if enemies. The girls threatened that they would shoot me on video and laugh. ”

Elena Perechikova provided Medusa with a correspondence in which the children told her that her daughter allegedly stealing the money “from one grandmother” - not to mention which; Tasi's friend informed everyone that she allegedly stole her phone. Perechikova says that because of this, she paid distance learning in one of the Moscow schools from her daughter from the donations.

“The daughter had no friends at all, there was no one to talk with, and at home only one federal channel showed at home, so I bought her inexpensive TV,” says Perechikova. “Having learned about this purchase from some next note, people began to poison us on the Internet even more: they shouted that we were scammers, and in general they allegedly wrote no letter to Putin.”

In the public “VKontakte” dedicated to life in himself, under each post about Tas Perechikova, more than 200 comments - most commentators condemn pepper and believe that they did not have the right to ask for help.

The interlocutor refused to call on the phone or on the social network, but after a while he asked Tasyu to send him his “naked photos” and promised not to show them to anyone; The girl sent a picture where she is naked (correspondence is at the disposal of Medusa).

According to Elena Perechikova, immediately after that the boy’s account was deleted, and her daughter’s photograph “was replicated in all publics associated with the Sebezhi district”. Perechikova herself was sent by an unfamiliar fellow villager with the words "admire what photos your daughter sends to adults." Then the woman added: “Be the same as everyone else. It’s just that everyone lives as they can and no one asks for anything, because it is useless, because they throw stones. ”

Elena Perechikova filed an application with the police to find out who actually asked her daughter to send photos. Soon, according to her, it turned out that the fake account of the “boy” was created by the former friends of Tasi. According to Perechikova, the police told her that, most likely, the girls were helped by adults, because they wrote to Tas from the hidden IP. Now the verification materials for making a decision are sent to the Investigative Committee of the Pskov Region (the document is at the disposal of "Medusa"). According to Perechikova, we are talking about initiating a criminal case for the spread of pornography.

On February 17, a video was released at Radio Liberty about how Tasia Perechikov lives. It shows how a girl skillfully finishes a goat, washes dishes, buys foods to an elderly neighbor, communicates with peers. On February 24, Elena Perechikova called from an unfamiliar number and said that "if you do not understand once, the next time the daughter will be torn from ear to ear."

Perechikova said that at the same time her hospital staff began to write complaints about her in the name of the head physician. On March 13, Elena Perechikova quit. In the reception of the head physician of her hospital, Medusa refused to comment on the dismissal of the nurse.

According to Elena Perechikova, there are people who support them with their daughter-including one of the parents of the former classmates of TASI. All of them, according to her, live in themselves, and not in Tomsino itself.

Now Elena Perechikova is looking for a house in the Pskov region to urgently move there and transport her daughter. I found an old dilapidated house, the rental of which is four thousand rubles a month, but the owner asks to make an advance payment immediately in six months. The family does not have that kind of money. Meanwhile, according to Perechikova, the neighbors, meeting her on the street or in the store, continue to threaten her and Tasa.
