At a small harvest station in the Omsk region, an increased readiness regime has been introduced - coal for a boiler room, a heated village ends. And until the end of the heating season, two months: minus weather in Siberia happens in May.

The inhabitants of the harvest gathered in a local club to discuss the future of the village and another message to the authorities with a request for help. This is not their first assembly in the new year.
- Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin said that there would be a breakthrough soon, - the head of the settlement Evgeny Kirin turned to the villagers and tried to be an optimist on duty, but it seems that he does not really believe himself ..
- Who will have a breakthrough? How much we break through! And all to the bottom, - the gathers complain.

Outside the windows of the club, despite the coming spring, there are Siberian frosts. The elevator with two grain dryers seems huge against the background of kutsi wooden-brick two-story buildings and private houses. Behind it is a line of the railway along which the flour of the "Chernagzovsky mills", the largest bakery in the Omsk region, recently diverged all Russia. Around the elevator in 1972 and a village arose at the harvest station: out of 300 inhabitants by manufacturers and guardians of grain, only old people and children are not listed here.

“I’ve been here since 1986,” says Lyudmila Gresko . - They lived, they didn’t think about anything: work is on their side, they gave building materials for the house, flour on holidays, and threshed livestock. The elementary school was, a kindergarten, a club, to the city in any weather - an hour and a half by train. And they wanted to go to the concert, the enterprise loaded us into the bus, took us to the city. Once the queen was even taken to Natasha. What else to want? Heating from the boiler room of the elevator was made, water was carried out. We went to this life! Now back to the primitive-communal system?
Heating in residential buildings in a harvest was held in the 90s. When everything collapsed, a small station with a large elevator was an island of prosperity in the region: bread is always needed. People from neighboring villages dreamed of moving here. But not everyone was invited - only specialists.

“They gave me the first in the 91st apartment,” recalls Sergey Malyshev , the head of the grain workshop. - The whole street of the houses was thrust, the asphalt was stuck around the village, and even paved the road to the neighboring village.
In 1992, the state enterprise "Omskkhleboprodukt" in connection with privatization became the state joint -stock company, and its employees became shareholders. The construction and improvement of the village continued - as Malyshev now believes, by inertia: "The latter survived from the Soviet Union." And then they hoped.
- Thinking, we will heal! - laughs pensioner Nikolai Simrok . - Now all the owners! Only for a short time we were shareholders - the enterprise began to redeem the shares for the same grain and flour. If you want, you don’t want to, but where to go: either give stocks, or work further. I did not give mine, but to the point, if the workers have 3 percent left. Well, I sold us "Omskhleboprodukt" in the 2000s of a private trader.
The former state elevator, together with the railway terminal and agricultural complex with 10 thousand hectares of arable land, was bought by a joint -stock company, the only owner of which is Muscovite Evgeny Spirenkov, known in the capital with scandals with deceived equity holders. He also got a boiler room with a water supply, providing the village with heat and water. Although Spirenkov was loudly called the “investor” in the Omsk press, an agreement under which his joint -stock company would be obliged to modernize the boiler room and arrange the village, the regional government has not concluded it over all these years. So Spirenkov did not have any obligations to the population. It turned out that the village, along with the inhabitants, simply sold the Moscow "master": not only the work of the harvesters depends on his goodwill, but also survival - heat and water in houses. And although now the local residents blame him for all troubles, the “master”, as his harvesters call him, “was still kind”-he made tariffs for heat and water a hundred or two below than on average in the Tauride region.

And the authorities, having shoved a small station with her hands, simply forgot about it. First, a kindergarten was closed, then a school, 60 children are now transported to Novouralskoye for 11 kilometers on a road, long -loaded with heavy trucks, delivering grain to an elevator. True, it is not always possible to drive. To the hospital, which is also in Novouralsky, the inhabitants of the harvest get first on foot on the sleepers, then the "secret path": two kilometers there, two back. Fortunately, the old people are still strong, they do without an ambulance - it simply will not pass along a broken road.

“We go straight through the fields in winter, who has cars, and in the spring and autumn only on foot to Novouralsky, from there the bus and the bus go to the district center,” says Yevgeny Dresko, now an unemployed technologist. - I have been living here for 46 years, and for the last 20, everything is worse and worse. In the new century, the club was just sown with siding to hold the elections.
In April 2018, the leadership of the “Chernagzovsky mills” warned the rehaby residents with receipts that he could no longer drown, because the bankruptcy procedure begins. The Investigative Department of the SKRF in the Omsk Region opened a criminal case against Evgeny Spirenkov - the debt to the tax authorities at his enterprise reached 87.6 million rubles. They announced that employees were going on an unlimited vacation with the preservation of a third of the salary - 6-7 thousand rubles.
But how not to be afraid if I, as the organizer of the strikes, were sent the first on an unlimited vacation? And in houses after our protests is all colder
Mukomols and grainguards tried five times to "strike". That is, they gathered somewhat brave, so that it was not scary, they came to the office. They demanded that Yuri Postova come, the head of the Tauride region. He sent his deputy Alexander Serednikov, the head of the district administration of agriculture and food, and Eugene Kirin, the head of the Novoural settlement, to which the harvest belongs. According to the video, they called the "owner", they told him about a hard life, asked for money. After such shares, the promised third of the salary was issued to employees. If, of course, it was lucky and managed to catch the "owner" not only of the village, but also a dozen metropolitan firms, most of which are also in a state of bankruptcy. Now the Moscow telephone of the current PJSC “Harvest”, where Spirenkov is listed as the general director, is stubbornly silent, and the personal cell phone, which he gave elected for quick communication, is “temporarily blocked”.

“Most are afraid of howling,” Tatyana Cherednichenko , the chairman of the Chernuglazovsky Mills trade union committee, sighs. - Yes, and how not to be afraid? In the summer, the owner arrived, I say, how so, Zhenya, we were hoping? He laughs: you are more actively, I need noise - they will rather go bankrupt, you better, they will sell it faster, which means that the new owner will begin to pay a salary. But how not to be afraid if I, as the organizer of the strikes, were sent the first on an unlimited vacation? And in the houses after our protests, it is all colder: we live in sweaters, woolen socks, a few stoves have saved electricity, the majority of heaters are turned on around the clock. It is now on the street –15, and in the cold bonfires had to burn bonfires to warm the water: it goes on a satellite, on top of the heating pipes: if they are cold, it will just freeze. And there are no more water sources in the village.
Better, nevertheless, bad, but stability. We dream about one thing: let us sell us to a good owner
Coal, according to Rafis Khafizov , the former general director of the Chernagzovsky Mills, now the head of one of the units, he takes from the supply offices under his honest word: the enterprise has no money for a long time, only debts.
- Now 15 tons, then we interpret 20. We save: at normal, it is supposed to throw 9 tons into the furnaces per day, we are only 6, ”he says. - In any case, the enterprise could not continue to drown further. The boiler room is outdated, does not pull. There were no investments from Moscow, the boiler was only able to replace in 2013, the rest of the equipment from Soviet times. It’s time to change the heating main for a long time, and we will turn white-here is the whole modernization. Last February, I wrote a letter to Alexander Burkov, then the acting governor of the Omsk region that the company cannot heat the harvest, social problems are possible, asked for help. He went to the Minister of Construction and Housing and Public Utilities to Vladimir Streltsov, to the deputy chairman of the government Sergey Frolov, to the Minister of Agriculture Maxim Chekusov. Everyone promised that the area would take the boiler room on its balance, but nothing was done. In July, I left the post of general director, and in general everything died out.

Meetings and letters to all instances of the inhabitants of the harvest still had the result. The other day, the Omsk authorities promised to throw a little fuel in the coming days. And the deputy regional Minister for the Development of Agriculture Nikolai Drofer assures that the design estimates for gasification of the harvest is ready, in the summer it will be possible to conduct gas and even water. True, with the reservations "possible" and "if we have time."
The promises of the power of the harvesters are not too happy: in order to bring gas pipes to the house, each of the 79 apartments will need 140-180 thousand rubles, which there is nowhere to take. On April 23, employees will be dismissed in connection with the liquidation of the enterprise. Judging by the fact that the majority gave out a third of the salary only in January, are not hoped for the fact that they will receive any benefits. They are unlikely to sue, according to the chairman of the trade union committee, all for the same reason - they are afraid: what if the new buyer will not hire the "scandalists"?
- I will stand on the work exchange, but to the point? - says Evgeny Dresko . - There is not enough work in the district center. There is also a Moscow enterprise near the field - the Omsk bacon grows food for pigs, so everyone holds on their places there. To go to the city - it means to leave before dawn, return after sunset, and spend the entire salary of tickets or gasoline. Yes, and go there, and the salary is the same as ours-15-20 thousand.
Even if someone will quickly buy the Black-Glazovsky Mills after the bankruptcy procedure, and the new owner will take all the harvesters to work, the elevator will not begin to act until there is grain. This means that one must somehow survive at best until September ... But these are still at least some, but plans for the future.
When the collection of the inhabitants of the harvest in the club came to an end, the former accountant of the Black -Glazovsky Mills Galina Lugovaya expressed the general mood:
-Better, nevertheless, bad, but stability. We dream about one thing: let us be sold to someone good.
