In Moscow, the police came to the headquarters of the Association of Popular Resistance (ANS). Denis Maksimov reported this to OVD-Info.

The activist reports seven to eight police officers. According to him, they want to detain the movement’s press secretary, Nikita Zaitsev, but do not explain the reason for the detention.

Zaitsev himself, in a conversation with OVD-Info, suggested that the police wanted to take him away for questioning or draw up a report because of his participation in some kind of action. However, the activist still does not know the exact reason for the employees’ interest.

UPD 14:37 Nikolay Players published a video on Facebook in which ANS activists talk about the visit of law enforcement officers.

They noted that it was not the police who broke into the headquarters, but plainclothes officers - the same ones who had previously conducted searches in the apartments of Nikita Zaitsev and Pavel Lebedyansky. Activists added that on March 17, employees of the Russian Guard came to them. In addition, according to them, neighbors were questioned on the same day.

• Nikita Zaitsev is a defendant in a criminal case of hooliganism due to a fire rally near the FSB building. The activist is in the status of a witness.
