Anarchist, anti-fascist and eco-defender Vyacheslav Lukichev was convicted of post in the telegram channel. The activist posted there an article found in social networks about the Arkhangelsk demolition Mikhail Zhlobitsky, in which he was called the "hero", after which he was accused of justifying terrorism.

Vyacheslav Lukichev is 24 years old. He was at home for only a few days - he spent the last four and a half months in jail. With a young man and his friends who supported him during the investigation, we meet in one of the Kaliningrad cafes. “For the first time in four months I eat soup,” Vyacheslav laughs. He is a vegan, and in a pre -trial detention center he lived only on "transfers" from friends.

Six security forces for one anarchist

Lukichev was accused under Part 2 of Article 205.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation "Public calls for terrorist activity or public justification of terrorism." On March 14, the Moscow District Military Court at the exit meeting in Kaliningrad found him guilty and fined 300 thousand rubles. Lukichev was released in the courtroom.

In fact, his crime consisted of placing someone else's text from the six hundred words in his telegram channel "Prometheus".

“It was a social orrchist agenda channel, now the special services have been seized control over it. It was a resource of the people's self -defense anarchist organization, in which I have been about 5-6 years old,” says Vyacheslav Lukichev. “I found this post in another messenger, it seemed to me timely. This was an article in which the Arkhangelsk self -sublector. Mikhail Zholobitsky was characterized by a strong personality due to the fact that the FSB structures have repeatedly tortured people, including anarchists.

To sacrifice life is a heroic act. But his very action was incorrect

On October 31, at the Arkhangelsk FSB building, 17-year-old anarchist Mikhail Zhlobitsky blew up a home-made bomb. As a result of the explosion, he died, three FSB officers were injured. In a suicide note, placed in one of the anarchist telegram channels, the young man said that the reason for his self-separation is the “fabrication of affairs and torture of people” by the Federal Security Service.

Vyacheslav Lukichev says that he does not support Zhlobitsky in the main thing - in the attack:

“I expressed my attitude to Zhlobitsky in court, although the judge took it quite negatively. To sacrifice his life is a heroic act. But his very action was wrong,” says Vyacheslav. “Mikhail had to think that his act would have repressive consequences for other members of the anarchist movement.”

As it turned out during the trial, law enforcement agencies became known about the controversial publication in Lukichev’s telegram channel from the 19-year-old Baltic Fleet Danila Demin. Demin allegedly read the post, "indignant" and wrote to the FSB that the text of the post, in his opinion, was read as "justifying terrorism."

A professional expert had a different opinion.

“We presented an expert opinion of one of the best linguists of our country, Igor Zharkov, where he proved that there was no justification for terrorism in an article posted by Lukichev,” says the lawyer of the convicted person Maria Bonzler . “We asked for the complete excuse of Lukichev, there were many witnesses who talked that he helps shelters for homeless animals, orphanages, gathered for children Gifts to children-that such a person cannot in any case justify the attack.

Vyacheslav published the ill -fated article on October 31 from the phone of his good friend, which was the administrator of the Prometheus channel. On November 3, Lukichev, his girlfriend and their administrator friend were detained by the FSB officers.

“We were going to go to the“ friend ”shelter for stray cats and dogs, stood at a bus stop,” says Lukichev. “Everything happened as rapidly: I sharply braked a tinted FSB bus, in which there were six masks. Perhaps such a large number of FSB officers were due to the fact that I had a traumatic weapon. The forced measure is a participant in the anti -fascist movement of Kaliningrad, we have a confrontation with neo -Nazis.

The detainee Lukichev was taken home - to search. All information carriers were seized in the apartment, as well as stickers in support of other anarchists, previously detained in the swamp business.

Sophisticated torture

After the detention, Lukichev wrote a confession to release two girls detained with him, says Maria Bonzler. As a result, at the trial they acted witnesses. According to the lawyer , during the detention and interrogation of Vyacheslav, they beat. The young man himself did not comment on these words, but spoke in detail about the conditions of detention in jail, which at some point began to resemble torture. So, after the arrest, he was placed in the special block "for especially dangerous criminals":

“There was a man with me who admitted the murders with particular cruelty. I literally slept with the killer on a neighboring bunk, an unpleasant sensation. There was supposedly“ terrorist ”-a nodbek guy who worked in a cafe. He was trying to accuse him of terrorism, supposedly he called up with his relatives, the guy could not take a paid lawyer elementarily, Lukichev recalls.

Later Lukichev was transferred to another camera, already with another killer.

“He all the time asked me to leave the camera to hang it. He was hard, he had a hole in the skull from trepanation, he said all the time that he wanted to die,” Vyacheslav recalls. “But it was not the most difficult. It was very cold in the chamber, there was a steam from his mouth. And 16 hours a day was very loudly playing. It was impossible to be there in the afternoon. This is not a sophisticated torture, going to the pre -trial detention center when I came to a video of the video with Moscow, that it was essentially a measure of pressure - loud music, very cold, dark, but I still tried to read it, so as not to go crazy.

While Lukichev was in a pre-trial detention center, the telegram channel "Prometheus" went under the control of special services. After the detention of the anarchist in the tape of his channel, his photo appeared - sleeping in the office, says Maria Bonzler.

“This was placed by the Ephesus Beshniki. When he was detained, he was not allowed to sleep. And in the end, he bored in the FSB office. And the Ephesians posted this photo in his telegram channel and wrote:“ Lukichev was sleeping in the FSB building after he passed all his comrades, ”the lawyer says.

After the detention of the activist, his friends announced a fundraiser for a lawyer and other necessary expenses. In the first weeks, it was possible to collect about 150 thousand rubles from donors from around the world, friends say Lukicheva Evgenia and Victor :

“There were a lot of support. There were a lot of support, very different. Even representatives of the sound recording label contacted us, they asked for the history of glory for the Argentinear hardcore group, they wanted to release the album with his photographs and information about it. And they would also have time to go to his release. People wrote in social networks, asked for good words, we would not have done money.

The words of support were written from all over the world, recalls Vyacheslav Lukichev:

“I was written from Russia, Spain, France. Moreover, support was conducted not only from acquaintances, but also from our anti -fascist environment. Also different activists, eco -defenders, zoo defenders wrote characteristics for me, I was supported by the administration of my hometown of Mamonovo (in the Kaliningrad region). They conveyed words of support from Kamchatka, from Norilsk, it forced to stay.”

Still victory

According to Maria Bonzler, the defense will appeal the court decision on a fine of 300 thousand rubles in the Supreme Court. But it is impossible to call a court decision with a pure loss, as she says.

In our country, two years ago there were 2% of acquittals, and now - 0.5%. There is an attitude to the charge

- I understood that there would be a conviction, despite all our evidence. Therefore, it was the Moscow District Military Court. But the judges reacted very carefully, and in principle, I think, this sentence can be considered almost acquittal. - An alternative to a fine in this article is at least five years of prison. The judges appointed him the smallest punishment of the possible. They realized that he was not to blame for anything, but they had no opportunity to justify him.

- Why?

- Because in our country, two years ago there were 2% of acquittals, and now - 0.5%. There are practically no them. There is an installation for the charge. But, I think, this business was very case, the next time they think to disgrace so. I think it was good prevention. Of course, the guy was badly injured - both the psyche and health, but what to do.

- Was there any similar affairs in Kaliningrad?

-We had several cases under the 205th article, but they went very quietly, without involving the media and the public. As far as I know, there were convictions everywhere and everywhere there was a real term. I don't know details.

Today, Lukichev plans to look for a job - he used to work as a cook in a vegan cafe, worked as part -time at construction sites, in animal shelters. But for now, it is necessary to solve health problems undermined in the cold chamber of the pre -trial detention center. Vyacheslav experiences very severe muscle pains, sometimes practically loses consciousness from them, the heart hurts.

The activist is not going to abandon his beliefs.

- I remained an anarchist, an anti -fascist, an eco -defender, my beliefs remained with me. And I hope that I will serve as a positive example for acquaintances and strangers.

“Did you expect that there would be such a tough punishment for that repost?”

- I think everyone risks falling into the field of view of structures. But I did not expect such a tough article. I think this is due to the decriminalization of the 282nd article. If you hit a year ago, it would be the 282nd article, and now it is 205.2. In fact, this is the same Internet and remained, only other terms, with completely different fines. I was threatened with Siberia, Arkhangelsk, and I really prepared to sit somewhere in distant Siberia. So everything ended more or less good.

- Why did you decide to become an anarchist?

Most likely, my relatives will have to sell a car. Three hundred thousand donations cannot be collected

- I came to this for a long time, studied political science, sociology, economy. Comparing and analyzing, I came to the fact that anarchism is the idea of the future, one of the ideal systems of the functioning of society. This does not imply the freedom of all and everyone, murders, as many think. Modern anarchist movement helps society. In Moscow, anarchists protected people from apartment raiders, unscrupulous employers. They helped people beat their honestly earned money. Members of the "People's Self -Defense" blocked the work of scammers, did not allow their offices to function, fixed the video, and warned people. Even the Ephesians positively evaluated this practice. In Kaliningrad, unfortunately, due to the small number and disorganization of the anarchists, this is not.

- Where will you get the money for a fine?

- Most likely, my relatives will have to sell a car. Three hundred thousand - such an amount, it seems to me, cannot be collected with donations. There are more important points, people continue to be tortured in places not so remote. And I think you need to help more in need.
