Now the activist is in the 76th police department.
As the headquarters told Mediazona, according to the police, a report was drawn up against Borisov for an action with the government of St. Petersburg, but they did not specify which one.
The day before, a toilet with a fork and a poster “Your place is by the bucket” was placed next to the building of the Smolny Institute. It also read “Beglov, clean” and “This fountain is for you.”
