Massive Attack, Pussy Riot and singer Sigur Rós will release previously unreleased songs on X-ray film. This is an action against censorship

as part of the Library of Dangerous Thoughts project . Massive Attack, Pussy Riot, Jonsi, vocalist of the Icelandic rock band Sigur Rós, and philosopher Noam Chomsky will release their previously unreleased recordings on X-ray film

This is an action against censorship (in the USSR, forbidden music was recorded “on the bones” - on x-ray film). Recordings will be sold at auction, the money from which will go to charity.

In addition, the project produced documentaries and books about music smuggling in the Soviet Union.
