In Ingushetia, a participant in protests against the transfer of lands of Chechnya was restored at work

The Magasian District Court of Ingushetia restored to Zarif Sautiev - Deputy Director for Scientific Work "Memorial Complex to the victims of repression." This was announced by the ATS-Info Center for Memorial Human Rights, citing a lawyer to Tom Tsechoev.
The reasons why the court recognized the dismissal illegal so far unknown. Sautieva herself stated that she was fired due to participation in protests against changing the border with Chechnya.
Zarifu Sautiev was fired on January 28, the regional Ministry of Culture explained this with a reduction - two deputy directors in the memorial complex decided to replace the janitors.
In September, the authorities of Ingushetia and Chechnya signed an agreement on the border between the republics, after which protests began in Ingushetia. On December 6, the Constitutional Court of Russia considered the agreement legal.
After a series of protests in Ingushetia, the workplace was also lost by the ex-employee of Ingushneft Angela Matieva. In addition, more than ten people were fined due to rallies, and they wanted to institute criminal proceedings on the public figure Ruslan Mutsolgov.
In early March, the security forces came with an audit to the Tesha charity fund, which helps orphans and low -income families. Then the Fortanga publication reported that the FSB requested the documents of organizations that are related to protests from the tax service. Among them were “Anteria”, “Red Cross”, ANO “Human Rights Organization of Mashr”, branch of the Yabloko party, “Tapa Council of the Ingush people” and others.
