Ukrainian Pavel Grib, accused of promoting terrorism, was sentenced to six years in prison

The North Caucasian District Military Court of Rostov-on-Don sentenced Ukrainian Pavel Hryb to six years in a penal colony in the case of assisting terrorism (part 1 of article 205.1 of the Criminal Code). This was reported by the TASS news agency.

According to investigators, Hryb, while on the territory of Ukraine, suggested that a resident of Sochi detonate a bomb on a school line. The prosecution is sure that the young man gave the girl detailed instructions on how to make an explosive device, and also recommended that she leave the territory of the Russian Federation. According to Grib himself, he went to Gomel to meet a girl from Sochi, whom he met on social networks, and after the meeting was detained. The reason for the persecution could be his anti-Russian statements in social networks.
