Opposition activist Vladimir Ivanyutenko is detained. According to operational development, he dreamed of killing the “Kremlin cook” Evgeny Prigozhin, for which he acquired explosives, detonators and a bicford cord.

Vladimir Ivantyenko is a noticeable figure among St. Petersburg radicals.

On February 21, 2019, Ivantyenko, at the request of the police officer of the Nevsky district of St. Petersburg, was detained as a suspect in the illegal sale of explosives, on the same day he was charged under the corresponding 222.1 article of the Criminal Code. Officially, there are two electric deposits containing about two grams of explosives today. So far, outside the investigation materials - half a pound of plastic, preparation of attempt on a businessman Prigozhin and a large provocation of a year and a half long.

However, according to Ivanutyenko, objects similar to parts of the explosive device in December 2018 transferred the same “person” that voluntarily collaborated with the law enforcement agencies in order to “expose” it. And as an “disinterested” participant at operational events, a person was present, according to Novaya Gazeta, closely related to the security service of Yevgeny Prigozhin.

Who is Ivanutyenko

Vladimir Ivantyenko - St. Petersburg oppositionist, participant in many peaceful, but not always authorized shares. He became famous, since at demonstrations it often appears in a mask that was like the face of Vladimir Putin. In December 2017, an attempt was committed to him: two unknown people attacked the street using a stun gun, inflicted two blows with a knife: in the liver and in the heart. But Ivianutenko survived.

“In hot pursuit” the attackers were not found. In November 2018, Ivanutyenko said that he recognized one of the attackers, exactly the one who stabbed strokes, in the hero of the investigation of Novaya Gazeta, Valeria Amelchenko. After the investigator, the official identification of Amelchenko was released without the charge.

Attention: in the decision to initiate a criminal case, not a few hundred grams of plastic are mentioned, nor allegedly taking place to be prepared by Evgeny Prigozhin, nor the data of “persons voluntarily participating in an operational-search event”.

Operational experiment

Part of the operational development documents transferred from the Main Directorate for Combating Extremism (GUPE) of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia (the local center of “E itself”) in the inquiry of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Nevsky District of St. Petersburg, in the decision to initiate a criminal case and on the election of a preventive measure. As follows from the testimony of “Ivanov”, Ivanytyenko addressed him in December 2018 and said that he was preparing the murder of entrepreneur Evgeny Prigozhin, whom he considers the customer of an attempt on himself, and has already got explosives, detonators and a “smaller cord”, but is looking for a specialist who would help him collect an explosive device. In February 2019, “Ivanov”, under the control of operatives, met with Ivantyenko twice, talked about the future attempt and at the same time received samples from him: about one gram of a certain substance and a small piece of cord for verification. According to the results of the operational study, the cord turned out to be fire -wire, and the substance was “a plastic explosive based on hexogen”. “Ivanov” agreed with Ivanutyenko that he would give him all the components for the manufacture of an explosive device through the Pyaterochka storage camera, which was done. As already mentioned, the storage chamber “Ivanov” issued the GUPE to the storage room.

Photos and videos from the case file quickly appeared in the "Neva News", according to a number of journalistic investigations included in Prigozhin's media imperial.

According to the testimony of “Ivanov” and documents on the inspection of the seized items, except for the fire cord and two detonators mentioned in the decision to initiate criminal proceedings and two detonators in the transferred package, there were more grams of 400-500 of a certain plastic substance of beige color. Unlike detonators, an explosive specialist did not conduct a study of this substance, leaving the question to the experts. The version of Ivantyenko

According to Vladimir Ivanytyenko, with whom his lawyer Ksenia Mikhailov was able to talk with the investigative isolator, he really left a package in the storage room of Pyaterochka. He directly calls the one who in investigative documents can be hidden behind the pseudonym “Ivanov” - his name is George Levin. Ivantyenko claims that it was Levin, whom he met on protests in the summer of 2017, allegedly handed him a package with a cord, detonators and something that looked either to her grossing soap, or to a putty. This happened on December 27, 2018.

According to the protection, from the contents of the package transferred by Ivanov, Ivantyenko got rid of, and in Pyaterochka he left a bundle with a putty bought in a neighboring construction store.

Georgy Levin appeared in the protest movement of St. Petersburg in early 2017. He was first seen at the headquarters of Alexei Navalny. The then headquarters Polina Kostylev, who then head, does not recall that Levin leads any active activity: “He, rather, was only listed. In November 2017, he traveled along with other [activists] to elections to gds, then to Old Russa. I can’t say that I interfered, but I did nothing. ” At the headquarters of Navalny, Levin seemed to be a “lawyer on free bread” and offered professional assistance. Help was in demand, Kostylev asked Levin to help with the return of the seized leaflets, but nothing was done again. “He came periodically, asked how you are going to do, how to help? But he did not help. It seems that he was not interested in with us: the headquarters is a tough structure, if we make stocks, then with the whole country, in coordination with the Moscow Center. ”

Levin did not hide that he had previously worked in the police, but then for some reason he quit.

That is exactly what George Levin really studied at St. Petersburg University of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, was an operative officer in one of the police department in the Frunze district of St. Petersburg.

In 2004, he left the service, but we can assume that it was not at will. Who worked after, it is not known exactly.

His opposition “friends” knew one of his accounts in VKontakte - a dozen neutral photos, 16 friends, all - opposition activists. Now this account is deleted. We found another page in VKontakte in Levin - there are 70 “friends”, apparently real. But this account is closed for viewing.

Having not found himself among the supporters of Alexei Navalny, Georgy Levin brought close acquaintance with the activists of “Open Russia”, the audience of the Internet blog “Arthotovka” Vyacheslav Maltsev (in October 2017, the “artillery” activity in the Russian Federation was prohibited by the court) and the St. Petersburg group “Anti-Wencan Committee”, opposing the entry of Russian troops into the territory of Ukraine. ”

One of the founders of the “anti -war committee” Denis Uvarov (in October 2017, fearing criminal prosecution for participating in the opposition movement, he left for the United States), says that Levin had a conversation that he had an exit to people who could get illegal weapons. “It was not at all interesting to me, I tried to immediately transfer the conversation to another topic,” says Uvarov. Recently, Vladimir Ivanytyenko most often talked with former supporters of Vyacheslav Maltsev Shakhnaz and Eduard Schitiki, they are connected not only by an ideological position, but also by friendship. Levin was constantly present in their company. It was Levin, according to Eduard and Shakhnaz, who allegedly constantly spoke about the need to move on to violent methods of struggle, to create “battle groups”.

In addition to the calls, his acquaintances recall Levin's insistent invitations to gather in his apartment - allegedly, his “uncle from Lugansk” left St. Petersburg for six months, and the apartment in Kustarny lane is idle. In this Studio apartment, even about two months, Ivantyenko lived after a wound. As I found out “New”, “apartment” is one of the furnished rooms, which are given for terms from several days to several months, so the story of the “uncle” who rented an apartment does not look believable. According to the stories of those who were in this studio, there were no personal belongings there: "like a hotel room."

Package with "putty"

According to a conversation with the “New” Shakhnaz and Eduard Shitika, at the end of December 2018, Ivantyenko told them that Levin came to visit on the anniversary of the attack on him, December 27, 2018. And he presented the package “on the second birthday”, said, they say, come in handy. In the package, there was the same bundle either with soap, or with a putty, or with plastic.

The fact that a certain “provocateur”, “one of the friends rotating in opposition circles”, “tried to succeed in his weapon,” Ivantyenko also told the coordinator of the “solidarity” movement Olga Smirnova, however, without calling the last name.

The "new" suggests that the story of Shahnaz and Eduard Shitiki can be taken seriously. The story that Levin was handed over to Ivanutyenko on December 27 a packet with something similar to explosives, they told the journalist of Novaya on February 23, while even the human rights activists and the lawyer Vladimir Belyakov presented only two detonators and the fire-conducting cord, which officially appeared in the court decision on the election of a preventive measure. At that time, data on to whom Ivanutenko transmitted a bundle was not known at that time.

According to Shakhnaz and Eduard, Vladimir Ivanyutenko suspected that Levin could be a provocateur, and he hatched plans for his “exposure”.

Riddles of operational work

According to the documents submitted to the court, the two conversations of Levin and Ivannyenko in February 2019 were controlled by the GUPE operatives and were “Ivanov” recorded on the special recorder issued to him.

Judging by the decoding of audio recordings, “Ivanov” and Ivanenyutenko really discussed how to blow up Eugene Prigozhin - at a pretty amateurish level,

For example, a “toy machine on the radio control” was mentioned, which was supposed to be driven “under his limousine”. Note that the motorcade of Evgenia Prigozhin gave rise to the news a couple of times, and the movement of the authoritative businessman looks very serious - not to the cars.

And after the agreement was reached, the place and time were known when Ivanutenko will bring a bundle (in which, according to operatives, and explosives, and detonators in one package) in Pyaterochka,

It is not detained either along the path or at the store itself, but is given calmly at about 20 hours on February 18 to place explosive baggage in the storage room, when the many potential victims are accumulated.

After that, no one evacuates, does not cordon and does not call experts of explosives - “Ivanov” goes behind the package (apparently, Levin), picks up the package and gives it to the operatives. And only then they call explosives in the police department.

It is also interesting what happened to the alleged villain Ivantyenko. No one delays him, he calmly returns home and goes to bed. Only in the morning of February 19 they come to him with a search, and on a completely different reason - in the case of arson of St. Petersburg editions of NTV and the "Federal News Agency", which occurred in the fall of 2018. Ivantyenko, as his lawyer Ksenia Mikhailov says, has nothing to do with these stories, only a couple of times on protest promotions met with Arkady Orlov arrested on suspicion of arson. Nothing but a laptop and electronic carriers of information was seized as a result of a search.

After the search, Ivantyenko is delivered to the department of the IC of Russia in the Moscow District, where they are interrogated as a witness in the case of attempts to arson fan and NTV and released.

Then the phantasmagoria begins - Ivantyenko accepts the invitation of one of the operatives to drink and bit in the nearest cafe.

For the appearance on the street, intoxicated, he is finally delayed, and strange travels begin to the police departments.

The protocol on an administrative offense at Ivantyenko is drawn up in the 7th department of the police of the Moscow region and determined in the premises for administratively detainees, where he spends about a day. On February 20, Ivianutenko is moved for some reason for the 10th police department of the Nevsky district (the material on illegal sales of detonators is registered in the 75th department, and this is quite far on the other side of the Neva), from there to the inter-district insulator of the St. Petersburg Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs on Zakharyevskaya Street, and on February 21, they are delivered to the court, and satisfies the request of the investigator of arrest. Formally - for two electric deposits transferred to Ivanov.

What does Amelchenko have to do with it

The lawyer Ksenia Mikhailova, who is now represented by the interests of Vladimir Ivanyutenko, the subscriber has been selected by the subscription to non -disclosure of the investigation materials, and she refused to discuss them with the journalist, agreeing only to tell about the position of her client.

Ivantyenko insists that he guessed that George Levin could be a provocateur, and arrogantly tried to "bring him to clean water."

According to Ivantyenko, transmitted by the lawyer Mikhailova, he had suspicions in the fall of 2018, when he, from Valery Amelchenko, published by the “New Gazeta”, recognized the man who hit him with a knife in December 2017, and with the help of a lawyer Vladimir Belyakov turned to a consequence of interrogation, identification and full -time, Levin, Levin, Levin, Levin, Levin. According to Ivantyenko, he persistently discouraged him from this step, assuring him that "you will be imprisoned." Ivantyenko reports that Levin allegedly repeatedly invited him to personally deal with Evgeny Prigozhin (who, as Ivantyenko believes, may be related to an attack on him), and leads the alleged words of Levin: “You are an experienced person. We will help you track down, put his knife into the liver. ” And in the end - December 27, 2018 handed him a ill -fated package with the words: "For our common cause."

Oddly enough, the connection with Valery Amelchenko and the structures, apparently associated with Evgeny Prigozhin, are in the materials of the operational development provided by the GUPE. The operational experiment, during which Ivanov’s meetings with Ivanenyenko were executed by relevant documents, including acts, according to which Ivanov was transmitted, and then the records were removed from him. According to the law, this is done in the presence of “disinterested persons” who, in operational-search activities, are an analogue of witnesses. The “disinterested person” in the case affecting Valery Amelchenko and Evgenia Prigozhin turned out to be a well -known character - Sergey Gubanov.

Левин: меня подставили

После инцидента в «Пятерочке» и задержания Иванютенко Георгий Левин перестал отвечать своим знакомым на телефонные звонки и сообщения в мессенджерах, а затем удалил свою «оппозиционную» страничку в «ВКонтакте» и аккаунт в фейсбуке. На звонок журналиста «Новой» тоже не ответил и на оставленное голосовое сообщение с просьбой связаться не отреагировал.

Встреча все же произошла: чтобы услышать мнение Левина, пришлось его подождать у подъезда. Георгий начал с отказа от общения с журналистами, «всё равно всё переврут», но на несколько вопросов ответил. Сказал, что ни взрывчатки, ни чего-либо на нее похожего Иванютенко не передавал. Прямо не подтвердив, что он — «Григорий Степанович Иванов», заметил, что «меня подставили и на меня всё свалили». Правозащитник, координатор петербургского офиса «Руси Сидящей» Динар Идрисов, который до задержания Иванютенко не раз был его защитником по делам об административных правонарушениях, а с момента задержания Иванютенко занимается организацией оказания ему юридической помощи и поддержки, предполагает, что

в Петербурге готовился аналог московского дела «Нового величия», только не с мягким экстремистским, а уже с жестким террористическим уклоном.

«В течение многих месяцев засланные провокаторы пытались сколотить из мирных оппозиционеров боевую экстремистско-террористическую группу, повторить опыт дела «Нового величия» и в некотором смысле пензенского дела «Сети». Пока все ограничилось арестом одного Владимира Иванютенко, но для меня очевидно, что оперативная работа велась по шаблону раскрытия целой организации «страшных террористов».

Не знаю, чьи оперативные службы проявили инициативу: государственные или пригожинские, но, похоже, сотрудничество они наладили. И пока непонятно, то ли у провокаторов что-то пошло не так, и гора родила мышь, то ли готовятся новые обвинения и у названного в пригожинских СМИ террористом Иванютенко появятся «соучастники».
