The 73-year-old mother-in-law of Rostec head Sergei Chemezov, Lyudmila Rukavishnikova, owns a 700-meter penthouse on Malaya Nikitskaya Street in Moscow, the cost of which is 2 billion rubles, writes Sobesednik.

As the publication writes, Rukavishnikova is the mother of Chemezov’s wife Ekaterina. Soon after Chemezov met his future wife, several companies were registered in the name of Rukavishnikova, engaged in a variety of activities - from the production of wooden structures to investing in securities. Some of them are contractors and partners of Rostec.

One of the pensioner’s companies is the real estate management company “Nikservice” with an authorized capital of 10 thousand rubles, registered in a historical mansion on Malaya Nikitskaya Street. Since March 2016, the penthouse in this house with an area of ​​696.2 square meters belongs to Rukavishnikova, assures Sobesednik.

In early February, politician Alexei Navalny said that the Chemezov family owns an apartment worth 5 billion rubles, which is located in the building of the Four Seasons Hotel on Okhotny Ryad - the politician suggested that in the declaration of his wife Ekaterina Chemezova this apartment appears as two non-residential premises.
