On the Moscow Ring Road between Riga and Rublevsky highways, traffic police officers stopped about 10 cars of members of the Association of Carriers of Russia. This was announced to OVD-Info by the head of the Moscow branch of OPR Sergey Rudametkin.
In honor of the second anniversary of the all-Russian strike of truckers against the Platon system, drivers staged a rally. At around 3:30 p.m., traffic police officers stopped several cars. Rudametkin says there were two people in each car. The police began to detain those who were in the stopped cars. The exact number of detainees is being specified.
17:50 Nine detainees are at the police station in the Strogino district. They want to draw up protocols on violation of the rules of the action (Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). For what part, it is still unknown, Rudametkin said.
