Participants of a motor rally on the second anniversary of the strike against the Platon system were detained on the Moscow Ring Road.

On the Moscow Ring Road between Riga and Rublevsky highways, traffic police officers stopped about 10 cars of members of the Association of Carriers of Russia. This was announced to OVD-Info by the head of the Moscow branch of OPR Sergey Rudametkin.

In honor of the second anniversary of the all-Russian strike of truckers against the Platon system, drivers staged a rally. At around 3:30 p.m., traffic police officers stopped several cars. Rudametkin says there were two people in each car. The police began to detain those who were in the stopped cars. The exact number of detainees is being specified.

17:50 Nine detainees are at the police station in the Strogino district. They want to draw up protocols on violation of the rules of the action (Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). For what part, it is still unknown, Rudametkin said.

Detainees: Vadim Boytsov, Leonid Sokolov, Stanislav Gusev, Georgy Vartikyan, Maxim Avdeev, Sergei Sapelnikov, Boris Karkmazov, Pavel Lisichkin.

Alla Frolova, legal aid coordinator of OVD-Info, and lawyer Ekaterina Ryzhova went to the police department.

19:09 According to the latest data, eight people were detained. One name has been removed from the list of detainees.

19:32 Alla Frolova and lawyer Ekaterina Ryzhova are not allowed into the police department, despite the fact that the detainees wrote a statement addressed to the head of the department with a request to let the defenders in.

• On March 27, in Yekaterinburg, four activists of the Association of Carriers of Russia drew up protocols on violation of the rules of the action. Three cars gathered on the track, one of the drivers hung out the ODA flag.
