According to the investigation, the head of the department of the Trans -Baikal Regional Oncological Dispensary received at least six bribes, including two - on a particularly large scale. In addition, he is accused of six cases of abuse of power.

Three years, from 2012 to 2015, the accused, according to investigators, used his powers in order to receive a bribe from patients for their hospitalization in an oncological dispensary and conducting operations out of turn. At each such crime, the factory "earned" from 10 to 45 thousand rubles.

The accused himself did not plead guilty. However, investigators gathered a sufficient evidence base to send the case to the court, the department said.
