The former presidential envoy was accused of stealing money from Rosneft

The detention of the first governor of the Khabarovsk Territory, ex-plenipotentiary of the President of Russia in the Far East, Viktor Ishaev, turned out to be officially connected not with the regional “forestry case”, but with the case of embezzlement from Rosneft. Ishaev was vice president of an oil company from 2013 to 2018.

The investigation believes that Ishaev, “as a result of deceit and abuse of the trust of employees and management,” rented Rosneft, through his company, the premises of a representative office in Khabarovsk at an inflated cost. We are talking about an office area of ​​​​only 280 square meters. m.

The name of the company Ishaev TFR does not give. However, according to SPARK-Interfax, the only company owned by Ishaev and cooperating with Rosneft is Beis LLC. In 2015, it was she who signed the contract for the lease of the office of the representative office of the company. The cost of rent is 13.8 million rubles.

LLC "Beis" indirectly also appears in the incident with the illegal export of night vision devices from the United States.

Context. The detention of Ishaev was connected with the "forest business", in which the former first deputy chairman of the regional government Vasily Shikhalev and the timber merchant Alexander Pudovkin were previously detained. According to the Prosecutor General's Office, Shikhalev gave unreasonable preferences to Pudovkin's company for several years.

Ishaev supported Governor Sergei Furgal, elected last year from the Liberal Democratic Party.
