In the Novosibirsk region began the first flooding of housing. The Ministry of Emergency Situations called the flood situation calm.
“For a week, there have been cases of local flooding of residential buildings in the Barabinsky and Chanovsky districts,” Viktor Orlov, head of the regional department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, said on April 1 ( quoted by Interfax).
At the same time, according to Orlov, the flood situation in the Novosibirsk region is assessed as calm. Governor Andrei Travnikov instructed local authorities to check the pits that fill with water when the snow melts.
