“In Anzhero-Sujzhensk, the police officer interviews the nurses for an unauthorized picket on March 11,” said Andrey Konoval Vkontakte, co-chairman of the “action” union of the operations. “The orderlies have no doubt that the anonymous statement is inspired by the head physician [of the city hospital Olga] Kozlova.”
On March 25, the primary organization of the trade union in a city hospital applied to the prosecutor's office. The head physician Kozlova announced a reduction in 111.25 regular units of nurse and junior nurses in hospitals and 15 bets in clinics.
“Meanwhile, according to the same order, trade union organizations and employment service is planned to notify the reduction in the number and staff of employees until March 15, 2019, and the procedure for reducing to complete by May 16, 2019,” the trade union committee said. “Thus, the legislative norm is not observed on at least a 3-month notice period for mass reductions.”
The authors of the appeal talked about the current non -commercial midwife, younger nurses and nurses. From the order of the head physician, according to them, it follows that some of the nurse’s rates are planned to be replaced by “cleaners with the functions of the orderlies”. Accordingly, they will no longer relate to the younger medical staff and fall under the May decrees of the President of the Russian Federation.
“If the institution plans to replace the orderlies with cleaners, then the management of a medical organization should understand that only cleaning of cabinets, corridors, stairwells and bathrooms can include the duties of a cleaner,” the appeal says.
Pickets of nurses and nurses passed on March 11 in front of the city hospital building. Protesters kept posters "The orderly is not a cleaning lady!" And "There is no reduction in the junior medical staff!"
The head physician of the Anzer-Sujzhensky hospital Olga Kozlova is a member of United Russia. She is a deputy of the local city council.
