Photos with snowdrifts to the roofs of buildings in the Swedish resort was taken as an Aprilian joke

In social networks there was a viral photograph from the Rixgransen ski resort in the north of Sweden, which was posted on April 1 on his Facebook page. The picture shows a man clearing snow from one of the houses, while the snowdrifts are taken to the roof of a two -story building. Many took the photo for the April Fool, but, as the SVT channel found out, it turned out to be real.

LaplandsResorts marketing manager Pen Jonsson Olin told the television channel that the amount of snow this winter could become a record: more than 4 meters of snow fell in Rixgransen. This is four times more than in another popular Swedish resort of Ore. In this regard, Olin expects a long tourist season and notes that there will be enough snow until the summer.

Multi -meter snowdrifts in some places of the settlement were the result of numerous snowfalls and storms in a few months. Apparently, not all homeowners were ready for a similar development of events and in the winter they simply did not engage in cleaning the territory:
