Two Moscow schools sued the company Putin Putin

Two Moscow schools filed lawsuits against the Moscow Schoolboy company, related to businessman Evgeny Prigozhin and supplying food to educational institutions and kindergartens. The relevant documents are located in the file cabinet.

The first lawsuit in February this year was filed by school number 1554, which concluded a Prigozhin company with a food organization. According to data from the public procurement website , the amount of the contract is 153 million rubles. The next meeting in the case will be held on June 20.

The second lawsuit in March filed a school number 1210. According to information from the public procurement website , in 2017 the school concluded a contract worth 38 million rubles with a “Moscow schoolchild” for organizing children in the dining room. The next meeting in the case will be held on May 14. Specific claims against Prigozhin in connection with both cases are not indicated.

The other day, it became known that Prigozhina filed a lawsuit against the Corruption Fund (FBK) and its founder Alexei Navalny, among other defendants are the lawyer of the Lyubov Sobol Foundation and a former employee of the Moscow Schoolchman Natalya Shilova. The essence of the claims in the lawsuit is not disclosed, but all of the listed defendants are known as participants in the investigation of dysentery in kindergartens in December last year.

In February, Shilova shared shocking photos and gave an interview to the FBK after her own child suffered from a outbreak of dysentery that occurred at the end of 2018. She said that she "purposefully climbed into the company" Prigozhin in 2016, because by that time she was convinced that children in educational institutions, including her child, were "poisoned" with poor -quality products.

In one of the catering units, meat with obvious signs of damage was found, and in the other, a toilet was used as a bath for processing vegetables and fruits. At the same time, the products were delivered to children's institutions with all the necessary documents confirming their high quality. Network users immediately after the investigation output noted that a photo with the toilet, allegedly taken by Shilova, was actually published a few years ago. The FBK recognized the error and deleted the photo from the site.

After it became known about filing a lawsuit by Prigozhin, Shilova recorded a video message, saying that the facts set forth in the FBK investigation are not true, and Navalny’s colleagues deceived her. According to Shilova, Lyubov Sobol allegedly invited her to pay for her son’s treatment in exchange for an interview.

Now Shilova claims that the toilet’s photo allegedly suggested using Navalny himself, saying that falsifications are justified for an “important matter”. Shilova also says that for an interview she was given a finished text in which "there were many speculations and various inaccuracies." After the publication of the interview, according to Shilova, the FBK violated the agreement and did not pay for the treatment of the child. She did not bring any evidence of her theses.

The video message was published on the Shilova page in VKontakte, but now this page is closed, but the video has been preserved in the account of the Federal News Agency (Fan), which is associated with Prigozhin and its "troll factory".

Love Sobol rejected the new statements of Shilova, saying that she did not read out the finished text, and under compensation was meant in the presentation of Shilova’s claim for Prigozhin's companies in connection with the poisoning of her child. “I don’t know if they pressed her, whether she paid her money or was originally sent from Prigozhin, but I know for sure that she was lying,” Sobol said on the air “Navalny Live” . She noted that the correspondence with Shilova was preserved, in which she was shown a video interview before releasing. There are also the source of the video itself, "where it can be seen that she herself answered questions."

At the end of March, it became known that over the past 8 years, 711 claims in the amount of 899 million rubles have been filed against Prigozhin’s structures: pupils of kindergartens, patients of hospitals and sanatoriums, rescuers and military have suffered from use of poor -quality food.

The plaintiffs complained about the detection of inedible ingredients, including worms, cockroaches, human hair and plastic bags. Food was sometimes prepared from rotten products or infected, or military personnel and schoolchildren received food with a delay and in smaller quantities, and the contractor himself violated the preparation technology and the conditions for storage of food.

At the same time, in some cases, Prigozhin managed to transfer responsibility for violations on others. In February 2018, dysentery out of the Moscow kindergarten "Dolphino" was recorded in the Moscow kindergarten. The inspection body found that in the work of the company responsible for food, there were "violations of the conditions for storing foods, cooking technology, crossing the flows of finished products and raw materials in the catering unit, disinfectment disinfition, non -compliance with personnel of personal hygiene rules." After that, the principal of the school, the manager and the senior educator was fired, and the supplier resumed the work.

The structures of Putin’s cooks in response are actively sued with those who put forward claims to the quality of food. For eight years, 533 oncoming claims for 2.9 billion rubles were filed. Prigozhin's companies won every fourth court in which they acted as defendants.
