The police against the homeless. What did not please the "House of House" Noah "

The Christian shelter for homeless people "House of House of Hardness" in the Ivanteevka of the Moscow Region interested the police. A month ago, the police forcibly took all the inhabitants of the house to the department, where they kept several hours and took all fingerprints from everyone. At the end of March, the police arrived a second time with the bus and stood at the entrance to the shelter for about an hour, and then left. The organization’s management believes that the police want to expel a shelter from their territory.

"House of House of House" exists in order to help people return to a normal life. Homeless, disabled, single mothers with children who cannot survive on their own come to the shelter. Disophatic men find work, contain themselves and the rest of the residents without the help of the state. Women take on homework or are farming. In total, the organization has sixteen shelters in Moscow and the Moscow Region, five of them are “social houses”, where people with disabilities, old people and women with children live. And recently, a thousandth inhabitant appeared in the "House of House of Hardness".

About once a year, the police visit a shelter in Ivanteevka to remove fingerprints from all residents. But in March this year, special interest appeared in the former homeless. In a month, the police arrived twice and, according to the residents of the shelter, behaved strangely and rudely.

On March 4, about ten policemen on cars and in civilian clothes arrived at the shelter. They independently opened the door and entered the territory without permission. The reason for the visit, they called search activities and showed the residents several photographs of people who are wanted. A man from one photo used to live in "Noah", but then he left and did not return anymore. The police took the passport from all the inhabitants of the shelter and said that they would return only in the department. After that, the Nobro residents were put in cars and taken away.

To questions about the reason for the detention was the answer: "You will agree with me now"

“Nine people were loaded into one car, some put a squat in the trunk of an SUV,” says Andrei Kozlov , who monitors the order in the “noe”. -For some reason, I was not allowed to go to the department in my car, although my passport was still with them. There was simply complete chaos. To rolling out our fingers, we were allocated some trainee who did not even know how to do it. Personally, he rolled out his fingers for half an hour, and there were 30 of us. Everyone was photographed and only then released. Personally, I do not understand what is the need to take us all and interrupt work in a shelter. For example, I have never been convicted. I am law -abiding and God -fearing, I have never violated the law. And absolutely for no reason to take documents from me ... They answered questions about the reason for the detention: "You will agree with me now." We talked with us as with people of the lower grade. For any normal person, this is stress, because it is not clear why all this, for what. If I live here, this does not mean that I am very different from the person who lives in a neighboring house. Why are they not breaking into neighboring houses? Because there are homeless people here?

Absolutely different people come to the shelter, some of them have a criminal past, some can be wanted. But, according to Andrei, who has been living in “Noe” for three years, a significant part is people who came to Moscow and fell into the hands of deceivers. According to Noah, among the homeless, no more than 10% of the inhabitants of Moscow and the Moscow Region, everyone else came from other regions.

Andrei himself arrived in Moscow from the Pskov region and got a job for a construction site. After the first month of work, he was told that so far there was no money. When they did not pay after the second month, he realized that there would be no money. At the very beginning, he gave his passport to draw up a check to the facility, he could not pick up the document back. Without money and documents, Andrei was at the station, where he was told about the existence of “Noah” and offered to contact a social patrol that could take him to a shelter. So Andrei found a new house and work. And then he married a woman from the shelter, and now they have a separate room. He monitors order in the house, and she is engaged in farming with other women.

Only those who are ready to start a new life and follow the rules of the shelter come to the “Noah”: a dry law has a dry law in each house, everyone should work. After a month of life, in a “one” they help to restore documents, they can also help him in finding a job. In each house there is a duty officer who monitors what is happening in all rooms. Periodically, Orthodox priests come to the shelters for conversations with the residents of the "Noah". Those who cannot get used to the new rules of life usually do not delay for a long time. Therefore, only those who really decided to change their lives remain in the shelter.

After the first police visit, the guide management set an additional camera, which was aimed at the gate. Andrei believes that this partly defended them during the second visit of the police. Somewhere at half past time in the morning on March 27, two police officers and a bus drove up to Noah. This time the camera shot everything that was happening, and probably the police saw her. For about an hour they stood at the entrance, and then left. All this time no one could leave the house, many were late for work.

“I don’t understand why they do everything that way,” says Andrei. - We never refuse to cooperate with the police and do not hide anything. We communicate with the district police officer, if he comes, let him go without problems. The district police officer can check for each documents. If he had any suspicion, he can offer someone to go to the department. There is no need to export people en masse. If there are any orientations, come with the district police officer. We have profiles, there are certain data. You can always cooperate.

Nobro leaders suspects that in this way the police are trying to drive them out of their territory, because a similar situation has already happened with one house in Domodedovo in 2012. And then the police acted in similar methods.

“It all started with the fact that I listened to the advice of the Dobrookhs,” says the co -founder of Noah Emilian Sosinsky . - They said that before the opening of the house you need to go and get acquainted with the authorities. We need to explain how good we do, and then they will be for us. I came to the deputy chief of the Domodedovo police. He immediately said to me: "I forbid you to work on our territory." He promised that he would remove us in any way. That is, in order to solve the problem of the homeless, he will simply drive us out of his territory, and he will not have homeless. Therefore, all the assumptions that if you get acquainted with the authorities first, they will support you, is complete nonsense. Of course, they will do everything to close the house.

At the end of December 2012, all residents of the house - this is about 120 people - at night were taken to the police department. On the street then there were 25 degrees of frost. Until 4 in the morning, people were kept in an unheated room, they rolled their fingers, everyone was photographed. After that, the police drove up to the shelter every day. They grabbed everyone who went to work, and took them to the department to establish a person.

“Thus, they tore all the work,” says Emilian. - And finding a job for homeless people is very difficult: there are all oral agreements, since almost no one can take a document. After that, they still pressed the owner of the house. It all ended with the fact that at the end of February we were forced to leave there.

The breakdown of the work is very dangerous for the shelter, since almost everything is kept on the able -bodied residents of the "Noah". Now in the "Noy" about 500 working men and about 500 disabled people. One working man contains himself and one disabled person, old man, woman or child.

The co -founder of Noah has another assumption why the police began to behave in this way: according to his version, this may be an attempt to get a percentage of the salary of working veins of the shelter.

We will not pay the opera to the wife

- In the Moscow region, about a thousand working houses, the so -called "social business". This is when money is earned by working with socially unprotected segments of the population. In such houses they work with these people, but everything that remains is leaving the owner. As far as I know, they all pay the police. A man came to our house in Ivanteevka three years ago, then I spoke with him on the phone. He said: "I am opera, I am Zhenya. Everyone knows me here, the whole Pushkin district pays me." We have never paid anyone, because we do not have a business. Everything goes to the maintenance of old people, disabled people, women and children. Therefore, we will not pay opera to his wife, ”says Sosinsky.

The number of residents of "social houses" is constantly increasing, so even the uninterrupted work of able -bodied men can not always provide everyone. Attempts to prevent men from working only exacerbate the situation. The social worker from the house in the SNT "Zaozerny" Elena Kuborskaya said that now the arrival of mothers with children has doubled, so there are not enough resources for everyone.

- Periodically, sponsors help us, but this is not regular assistance. This month we disappeared into trouble. Therefore, we still puzzle, what to do. We have reserves for two weeks, and what will happen next is unknown, ”she states.

According to Elena, the period from January to April is already considered the "dead season" for workers. And, as a rule, 40-50% of the working staff sit at home.

-Sometimes we call some sponsors and cry. This time, the sponsor told us that he himself is in the red, but if necessary, he will take. Of course, we cannot ask for something in such a situation and look for other options. If we don’t find anything at all, then you will have to persuade us to take it for us.

To feed on, people in "social houses" keep cattle. This allows you not to spend extra money on meat. And when their meat is in abundance, they are divided with other houses.

The shelter itself is two cottages on the border of the forest: men live in one, in the other - women with children. Every morning, the residents of the house go to work: someone cares for cattle, someone is cleaning, someone is following the children and so on. Women during work give children to the garden, which is on the ground floor of the house. Several women remain with them as nannies.

Some families in "Noah" sent departments of social protection, when it became clear that people themselves could no longer cope with their problems. For example, the family of Natalia in the winter of 2016 burned out a house. He and his daughter and grandson managed to run out only with what was wearing on them.

The whole pension goes to my medicine

“We have never been on the street with my daughter,” says Natalia. “But everything burned out.” We had a two -story house, but it was not on the balance sheet, that is, it was not on the papers. We found out only later. After the fire, they put me in the hospital in Maryino, and then the department of social protection offered to come here. All documents were restored to me here, my daughter goes to work. True, I receive a very small pension - 5 thousand rubles. They help me buy an inhaler from asthma. It is very expensive - 4500 rubles a month. In short, the whole pension goes to the medicine.

Another large family fell into a shelter due to illness of the youngest son. Elena has three children. The younger one had a heart defect and Down syndrome. To do his heart surgery, Elena sold an apartment. Then the husband fell ill with Elena, and he was fired. So one clung to the other, and they could no longer cope on their own.

- We have a large family, seven people. I am with my husband, three children and two grandchildren. It was difficult to settle us together, so we live in different houses. The middle daughter and husband now live in other shelters. At first it was difficult to adapt to a new life, but the main thing is that we were well accepted.
