The exact reason for the searches is unknown, but Mutsolgov connects them with a criminal case on the application of violence against representatives of the authorities during a rally in Magas against the agreement on the border with Chechnya.

One of the leaders of the protests, human rights activist Magomed Mutsolgov has already published an appeal , urging the youth not to succumb to provocations and not to arrange spontaneous actions in connection with what is happening.

On the eve of the head of Ingushetia, Yunus-Bek Evkurov said that he would "achieve" the criminal prosecution of the organizers of the protest in the republic.

Yesterday, the court in Ingushetia arrested ten days of four participants in the rally for ten days, during which protesters blocked the Caucasus federal highway for several hours. All of them are found guilty of participating in the action inconsistent with the authorities, which interfered with the movement of transport.

In Ingushetia, since the fall of last year, protests have been held against an agreement on the exchange of land with Chechnya, which demonstrators consider unprofitable for Ingushetia. The last action was agreed with the authorities and was officially devoted to protest against amendments to the Law on referendum. In addition, the demonstrators were required by the resignation of the head of the republic, Yunus-Bek Evkurov. The clashes began after part of the activists announced an unlimited protest.
