The court allowed drivers of the Kremlin auto deposits to pay fines at the expense of the employer

The Savelovsky District Court of Moscow decided to cancel the order that the drivers of Avtobaz No. 2 should pay fines at their own expense, the head of the human rights trade union Vadim Tarnoshinsky told MBH Media.

“On April 3, in the Savelovsky District Court, we won the court, where we canceled the order that drivers themselves should pay fines. This complaint was filed in January. The defendant was the FSBEI “Autobase No. 2”, ”he said.

Tarnoshinsky also added that the complaints that the trade union of employees had previously filed the Prosecutor General and the Ministry of Internal Affairs were submitted to the OEP.

“The answer to the complaint came a month ago, three weeks ago I was called to the dacha as an applicant at the SAO OPEP. Now the documents in the process of consideration, the issue of initiating a criminal case is being decided. How long they will consider is unknown, ”he concluded.

On March 5, it became known that the employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Prosecutor General’s Office will check for corruption of the State procurement of the Federal State Budgetary Institution “Autobase No. 2” of the Presidential Administration, which is engaged in the transportation of deputies and government members. Such complaints were sent to the departments by employees.

“Part of the leadership was involved in the development of budgetary funds, firms were created at some managers of auto -bank No. 2 that participated in public procurement and mastered money. All this was handed over to the FSB, the prosecutor’s office and part of the documents got into the OEP, ”said Tarnoshinsky then.

The cost of contracts that Tarnoshinsky demanded to check is estimated at more than 51 million rubles, RBC writes with reference to the statement of the trade union. In particular, we are talking about contracts concluded by the former director of the car enterprise Alexander Opermann with LLC Construction and Montazhnaya Company LLC CCK-1 and with the company Stroy-Prom M LLC. It is noted that the co -owner of both companies was Mikhail Marchenko, who worked as an engineer of Autobase No. 2, which was responsible for the construction. In 2018, Marchenko quit the enterprise.

Earlier, drivers of the Federal State Budgetary Institution “Autobase No. 2” complained about surveillance from the leadership and illegal dismissal. They also claimed that they were forced to pay for their own parking.
