How a fraudster under the mask of a social worker took away the housing for the Moscow pensioner

An employee of the state, supposedly, social protection fund, in exchange for an unsigned organization, promises to arrange an elderly house in a prestigious house. The dosage doctor on the phone reports terrifying analyzes and offers to deliver saving drugs to the house. Representing civil servants from the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation, the swindler finds out details of bank cards to pay non -existent compensation. The Black Realtor, drawing up a lifelong rent, slips the “purchase and sale” agreement to the signature. Such schemes are a mass. Well, if a social worker came to the house to an elderly person, who has never been like that, the script may be completely unpredictable.

The last months of her life, Muscovite Lyudmila Nikolaevna Larionova, born in 1929, spent in the Center “Longevity”, in other words, in the nursing home. The woman was determined here against her will and, according to the documents, in a state of incompetence. On this, in fact, the story could end. But for a person with a similar diagnosis, Larionov was extremely sensitive. She could not get out of her new abode, she could not call, but by some miracle she managed to convey a note “to the will” with a request for help:

“Please save me. I do not understand where I am, and who brought me here. I want to go home, I beg - help. ”

The handwriting is uneven, the lines are floating, later it turned out why: in the “longevity”, glasses were taken from the pensioner. Passport, by the way, too.

In early July 2018, the note ended up in the Public Committee for Protection from apartment raiding, and its commissars went to begin to Larionova’s apartment. It is worth immediately explaining why this organization appeared in the case. It is no secret that in the official houses of single old people are often determined by people interested in their living space. There was a suspicion that the case of Larionova was precisely from these. And, indeed, in her apartment on Melnikova Street in the area of ​​the Proletarskaya metro station, she did not appear since the fall of 2017. The neighbors, all as one, said that Lyudmila Nikolaevna was a woman not by the age of active, hardening the harsh, looked much younger than her years, was engaged in public work, and did not show signs of dementia at all. After her disappearance, the neighbors suggested that Larionova fell into a psychiatric hospital. Later, the assumption was confirmed.

But the misfortunes of the woman began much earlier, when after the death of her husband she was left completely alone. It was at that time that a pensioner’s niece suddenly appeared on the horizon - a necrovous. Lyudmila Nikolaevna, a surge of family feelings frankly surprised. And an unfamiliar relative was categorically denied. However, she showed amazing perseverance. The pensioner had to write statements to the police with a request to protect from persistent intrusions into her personal space. Nobody rushed to “protect”, and in the life of Lyudmila Nikolaevna, in the meantime, another lady appeared - not at all annoying, rather even caring - a social worker. And she already had a permanent and unhindered access to a pensioner.

What and how did it happen between them can only guess. But soon Larionova, indeed, fell into a psychiatric clinic. Further, the Nagatinsky District Court recognizes Lyudmila Nikolaevna as a legally incompetent, a guardian of the mentioned lady-worker is appointed by a guardian. Ekaterina Timofeeva, that’s what her name is, submitted an application for the establishment of preliminary guardianship. At the disposal of the head of the district protection department, this states that Timofeev can ensure that the necessary conditions of detention and residence can provide incompetent conditions, and the latter needs state protection.

Presumably, this very protection on behalf of the state and took on the social worker, deciding to get rid of the pensioner from overwhelming hardships for the maintenance of the apartment.

She was not particularly embarrassed by the fact that the right to use housing for the duration of guardianship is preserved by Larionova.

Entertaining people undertook to exercise this right by registering a pensioner’s apartment in a lifelong rent. An extract from the USRN (the copy is at the disposal of the editorial office) confirms the fact of the transfer of property previously belonging to Larionova in equal shares of Konstantinov Roman and Timofeev Denis. One of them is the husband of the niece exhibited beyond the threshold, the other is married to a social worker and guardian Timofeeva. There were all four in conspiracy initially or sang in the process - one can only assume. But in the “longevity”, entrepreneurial ladies brought Larionov together, introducing themselves as sisters. Less than a year took the entire operation, after which a completely different life began for a pensioner.

To get to the Center "Longevity", the Commissars of the Public Committee had to connect the police and present a copy of the abduction of a person sent to the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation. Finally, Elena Mostavichen, it was she who represented human rights activists, managed to talk with Larionova in the presence of witnesses.

“She was not at all like a person in an incompetent state,” says Elena. -So knowingly, even ironically smiled when I began to ask her about some dates, the facts of the biography. I perfectly understood that we are checking how adequate it is. And she thought so logical that the young would envy.

By that time, Larionova had already guessed why she had to change the address, and learned from human rights activists: about the contract of life annuity and about the people with whom she signed it. About Konstantinov and Timofeev, a woman without a shadow of doubt says that she had never seen them in her eyes, and she hadn’t even heard names.

“I ask,” Elena Mostavichen continues, “and you were at the notary, remember?”

She answers me indignantly: I have not survived from the mind yet - to unsubscribe my only apartment to unfamiliar men of their own free will. I don’t understand at all what I am doing here, and how it turned out.

And then another curious detail pops up: a very concrete time segment fell out of the pensioner’s memory, just the one when she was deprived of housing and transferred to “longevity”. It is not known how and how they processed Larionov for certain, but it is very similar that without “processing” it was not. There was no question of picking up Lyudmila Nikolaevna from the center. She now depended entirely on the guardian, and for the guardian she was already worked out. By telephone, human rights activists managed to contact the niece, who set out her own version of the events: it turns out that Larionova herself decided to draw up an agreement on lifelong rent, after which she went to a psychiatric hospital exclusively of their own free will. There, quickly came into a state of complete inadequacy, which was recorded by a forensic medical examination.

Fighting, at first glance. But there are at least three questions: if Larionova was really out of her mind, how could the notary sign anything in principle? After all, any document executed in this state is invalid. If the woman concluded the annuity agreement meaningfully, why ended up in the clinic almost the next day? Did the mind abruptly closed? Meanwhile, a lifelong rent implies the right of the owner of the housing to live in it until the end of his life, while receiving the agreed fee and care. It was this moment that he did not at all suit the other side.

Ludmila Nikolaevna did not wait for law enforcement agencies. From the UK, where, I recall, human rights activists turned, the application was transferred to the police, then even by the district police officer. Finally, from the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation in Moscow, a refusal came to initiate a criminal case due to the "lack of an event of a crime."

On the eve of 2019, Lyudmila Nikolaevna Larionova died. This happened just a few days before the custody of it has expired.

The custody, as it turned out, was temporary. But with the result of amazing - with a whole apartment, which can be sold, and occupied, and divided.

And finally, an important detail: in the South Porto Social Service Center, we were informed that Ekaterina Timofeeva never worked for them. The forgery could open at the start. Indeed, employees of the district department of social protection were supposed to come to the incapacitated ward, and not only monitor how the rights and legitimate interests of the pensioners are observed, but also ensure the safety of her property - all this was recorded at the disposal of the establishment of custody. Apparently, they did not reach.

It remains only to guess how many fake documents appear in Larionova’s case and whether she was the only victim of the “social worker”.
