During the press conference, the deputy of the Krasnoselsky district, lawyer Mikhail Biryukov, who often represents the interests of independent deputies in court. “Those decisions and those protocols that draw up in relation to deputies on administrative detentions, go beyond the usual absurdity of protocols, which are constituted at rallies,” he said.
