In the Arkhangelsk region, police officers drew up protocols for four protesters against the construction of a landfill at Shies station. This is reported by "7 × 7" with reference to the activist Andrey Butin.

Butin said that on April 5, opponents of the construction of the landfill were going to set up a tent on the site of the destroyed camp of eco-activists. The guards of the landfill under construction called the police.

Law enforcement officers forbade putting up a tent, as, according to them, a road passes in its place. Activists claim that there is no road, which is confirmed by the answer of the Zheshart timber industry complex.

A conflict ensued between the police and opponents of the landfill, during which, according to Butin, physical force was used against the activists. Administrative protocols were drawn up against four environmentalists “for obstructing the movement of vehicles”.
