Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev ordered the payment of a one-time allowance to citizens who received serious bodily harm as a result of a fire in the Winter Cherry shopping center in Kemerovo. This is reported by Interfax.
The amount of the allowance will be 400 thousand rubles per person. Medvedev instructed the collegium of the administration of the Kemerovo region to provide the Ministry of Emergency Situations with lists of people who received serious bodily harm.
In addition, Medvedev ordered to allocate 3.2 million rubles to the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation for social support for victims of the fire.
The fire in the Kemerovo shopping center "Winter Cherry" occurred on March 25, 2018, as a result of which 60 people died, including 37 children. The fire started on the fourth floor of the building, which housed a cinema and children's attractions. The cause of the fire was a short circuit. 12 people are involved in the fire case.
