UPDATE
The official representative of the National Guard, Valery Gribakin , explained that upon dismissal, an OMON officer and members of his family are required to vacate office housing for the family of an existing employee. According to him, this is enshrined in the contract of social hiring of premises. He noted that the department is trying to resolve this issue, but & "for objective reasons, it is quite difficult to do this."&
Former employees of the Moscow OMON complained that they were being evicted from their service apartments. Their video message to Russian President Vladimir Putin, head of the National Guard Viktor Zolotov, Interior Minister Vladimir Kolokoltsev and Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev was published by the Reedus publication.
“Contracts for hiring residential premises were concluded with us. We were accommodated with our families. However, when we retired, instead of words of gratitude for our service, we received notices of eviction from non-residential premises, ”says one of the authors of the appeal, noting that in receipts for utility bills, the apartments in which the riot police lived were listed as residential premises.
Ridus notes that the service apartments from which former OMON officers are evicted are located in Moscow at Tvardovsky Street, Building 2, Building 3. Some of them retired after injuries received in the service, and may not find work in the civilian sphere, Nikolai Gladkiy, one of the ex-OMON officers, told Reedus.
He and his wife and daughter, as the newspaper notes, were allocated a service apartment in 2010, shortly after his retirement, he received an eviction notice, and the apartment in it was listed as non-residential premises.
The family was sued by the National Guard, and the Khoroshevsky District Court ordered her to move out of the apartment. The Gladkys do not agree with this decision. They are eligible for a one-time social transfer (ESC) to receive or build housing, but they are 188th in line and do not believe they will ever receive it.
“Why should I take 20 days in an ambulance to rent a house? Why should I plow 90 years? I won't work that long, to be honest with you. I am now 48 years old, my nerves are on edge, my blood pressure is jumping. I did not work for a private trader, not for a businessman. I worked for this state, served this state. And this is what they do to us - they spit it out into the street, they just throw it away with their families, ”Gladky said.
As Reedus notes, a former riot policeman named Aleksey has a similar situation. The Khoroshevsky District Court has already issued an eviction order against his family.
