In St. Petersburg, the defender of the “Group for Assistance to Detainees” was fined

On April 7, the Oktyabrsky District Court of St. Petersburg fined Alexander Mironov, a defender of the Detained Aid Group, a thousand rubles. This was reported in the telegram channel of the movement.

Mironov was found guilty of petty hooliganism associated with disobedience to the police (part 2 of article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).

On April 5, Alexander Mironov, along with supporters of the “indefinite protest” Roman Samoilov and Ilya Tkachenko, were detained right at the police station, where the activists and the human rights activist came to support the previously detained.

A few hours after the arrest, Tkachenko was taken away in an ambulance. According to Mironov, the police beat him.

Roman Samoilov was charged with disobedience to the police (Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses), the court plans to consider his case on April 8.
