The FSB added the Network to the unified federal list of terrorist organizations. Kommersant drew attention to the update in the document.
On January 17, the Moscow District Military Court issued a corresponding decision. On March 14, the decision came into force.
According to the authorities, the Network is a terrorist organization, which allegedly has cells in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Penza and Belarus. Eleven anarchists and anti-fascists from St. Petersburg and Penza are already accused of participating in a terrorist community (Part 2 of Article 205.4 of the Criminal Code). According to the prosecution, they were preparing terrorist attacks in Russia in order to raise an armed rebellion.
