Former deputy head of the government of Khakassia received a deadline for fraud

The Chernogorsky City Court of Khakassia sentenced the First Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Republic Alexander Golyshev to six months in prison for fraud on a particularly large scale, the press service of the regional prosecutor's office reports.

According to investigators, Golyshev, along with the directors of the State Unitary Enterprise RX “Khakresvodokanal” Oleg Baziev and LLC “Sibus” Irina Svistunova, abducted more than 94 million rubles from Khacresvodokanal. From June 1, 2011 to July 17, 2013, using their official position, they transferred money under fictitious agreements.

The court appointed Baziev for five years and nine months of imprisonment, Svistunova - five years and three months. All of them will serve the sentence in a penal colony of general regime.
