Due to the rise in price of air tickets, flights to Europe have become more profitable than domestic Russian


Due to the significant (in some cases-by more than 25%) the rise in price of tickets for Russia in Russia, passengers became more profitable to fly to Europe: there in popular directions-in Berlin, Paris, Barcelona, ​​Rome, Prague, Riga and Munich-prices from January to March 2019, on the contrary, decreased compared to similar last year.

As Izvestia write with reference to ticket aggregators, inside Russia, flights from Moscow to Krasnodar, Rostov-on-Don, Mineralnye Vody, Sochi and Kazan have risen most of all. On international lines, according to experts, prices have become more profitable due to strengthening the ruble, high competition and active sales.

So, in the first quarter of 2019, tickets to Prague fell by 3%, in Rome - by 14%, Berlin - by 15%, Reiga - by 16%, Paris - by 7%, Barcelona - by 2%, Munich - by 6%, Belgrade - by 26%, Larnaca - by 18%. The exception was the capital of Austria Vienna, the average price for the flight to which has not changed.

At the same time, tickets to the “far abroad”-at Bali (+25%), in New Delhi (+24%), etc.
