
In Ingushetia, law enforcement officers detained a rally participant on March 27 against the border agreement with Chechnya Ibrahim Dugiev. About this “MBH Media” was told by the head of the local branch of Yabloko Ruslan Mutsolgov.
“On the eve he was called for interrogation, he came and calmly testified. And this morning he was detained. It is unclear in what status he came for interrogation, but this is due to events in Magas on the 27th, ”said Mutsolgov.
The lawyer and former press secretary of the head of the republic Yunus-Bek Evkurov Kala Achilgov confirmed the MBH Media detention of Dugiev. He said that during the searches at the activist of the house, the windows were broken. In his opinion, Dugiev will be attracted under a criminal article on the application of violence to a representative of the authorities.
“Everyone who was present at the rally is taken into account. Those who fell under this meat grinder will be taken to Nalchik. We know that two detainees were released for lack of evidence for involvement, ”added Achilgov.
According to Mutsolgov, activists will not hold shares in Ingushetia yet, and the protest movement is focused on providing legal assistance to the detainees.
On April 3 in Ingushetia, the court arrested five rally participants on March 26, on April 5, the Kabardino-Balkaria court arrested eight more activists who were detained after the rally.
In the fall of 2018, an agreement was signed on the transfer of part of the lands of Ingushetia Chechnya between the heads of the republics-Yunus-Bek Evkurov and Ramzan Kadyrov. Under this agreement, Ingushetia received a part of the Nadtererny district from Chechnya, in return Ingushetia handed over to Chechnya the territory on the border with the Malgobek district, a section of the Sunzhensky district.
